Load against property

Hello,

Thank you for your time and help.

I have taken a load against property from icici bank Lucknow. My property is in Agra but my residence is in Lucknow. I have taken the loan to start a business and some how things did not work the way I have planned. After 2 EMIs I am unable to pay the rest. And the entire loan amount is stuck in business which I can get back in 12-15 months time. But till then I cant pay my EMI due to other house hold expenses and kids education.
My questions are:

1: What action bank can take against me?
2: In case bank takes over my property in Agra after 3-6 months, Is there a way I can get it back by repaying the loan amount along with the interest? (In case I am able to get the amount stuck in business)
3: In how much time can bank take my property?

Minors claim on purchased property

I have purchased 2500 Sq. Ft. Land in Corporation area in 2014. Title was clear. Old owner was showing clear authority without any others rights etc. (Acc. to Search Report by advocate). Now in 2015 old owners minor son filled case to cancel sale deed and claiming his right. Up to 2015 they were single family but now his mother (wife of old owner) filled divorce case also. Please tell me is there any risk to my property? Old records shows only old owners right and title. What are the legal rights when purchased clear title and self acquired property.? This case is filled by old owners child and his wife.

Purchase of flat in building located on leased land

Dear Sir,
I am looking forward to purchase a flat in goregaon suburb at mumbai. It has however come to our notice that the flat on which the building is located is a leased land. There are 3 such buildings in the society. It is learnt that the leased land is for a tenure of 99 yrs and that the society has completed apprrx 50 years of lease. In such situation, can u please guide whether i should buy flat in the building as i am concernerd with the ownership rights once the lease period expires. Also kindly guide whether the sellers agreement for sale will mention that the property is leased ?
