As per Stamp duty amnesty scheme, if I submit application for regularisation of unregistered gift deed of 1998 made on Rs 100 stamp paper
I pay stamp duty and my gift deed is certified by collector of stamps, will it work as registered gift deed?
I want to know after paying stamp duty under amnesty scheme and getting certified by collector of stamps, my unregistered gift deed will become like registered gift deed and mutation in revenue records can be done through it?
Thanks

GPA holder not given power of transfer by owner. He forged GPA and registered gift deed on name of person A and B, Then only person A obtained confirmation deed from original owner.
Is confirmation deed validate gift deed ?
If Yes then validate only for person A or both A and B.

I recently purchased a land recently 2023 and came to know that there was a case on that land from 2022.
The case details are
Grandfather A brought a property in 1932. He had a son B and a daughter C. He(A) died in 1950 intestate. His son B got the patta of the land transferred to him in 1966 (but the document was in the name grandfather A). With that patta, his legal heir(B's lega heir - Wife and son) registered the land to their name in 2020.
And i brought the land from them .
A's daughter C also died now. Son of C also died. Now the legal heirs of C (Daughter in law of C) has put a case on us.
What should we do now? Is my registration not valid? Seems like they also don't have legal heir certificate for daughter C (from A)

In 2022, Person A gives an Agreement of sale cum GPA with possession in favour of 4 people. In this agreement, Vendor signed that they received an amount of x based on current market values and in the GPA he stated that due to various avocations, he is not able to appear before the registering authority for execution of the sale deed and shared all the powers to GPA holders. (This document is registered by the District of Registrar)
Person B purchased the property from the GPA holders and executed a sale deed in 2023. He obtained approval from all the holders of 4 GPA.
I can see the current Transfer name (Person B) in both the transfer/ mutation certificate and statement of Encumbrance of property.
Now can I buy the property from Person B?
Can you please help me?

I have purchased 160dec from land owner and it was disputed concern with common road. We both mutually agreed to resale and repurchase by executing Notarized Contract. It was agreed both that 62dec of land to resale and repurchase connecting to the common road. It was also mentioned in the Notarized contract Now the land owner is not registering in the sub registrar office. I have also started my construction work and took possession in the revised plot area as per our contract

Sir my mother's sister died recently, before her death, she wrote a will and registered in local registered office in Andhra Pradesh, but I got only original registered will and the original link document is not available, where she got that property from her husband, who died in 2009 and the pair doesn’t have any children.
As the pair doesn’t have any children getting legal heir certificate possibilities are less and how can I take succession of that house. In EC still her husband’s name is showing and how can I change it to my name. Can I sell this property with this original will?

Maharashtra govt has issued GR in April 2018 that all partition refugee camps leasehold properties have been converted to freehold . Most of the refugee families have sold their plots to other refugees in 1950-60 at very cheap rates and on 10-15 paise stamp paper, Now lease will be converted to freehold land in whose name , original allottees or present occupant (buyer) of plot ?
Secondly, many families have shared plot in 2-3 parts to accommodate their 2-3 son's family
Suppose plot size is 1500 square feet, lease was given to X in 1952 , he has expired and his 3 son's have shared the plot in 3 parts , each son has 500 square feet in plot , each son has constructed house on his 500 square feet share,
Now they want to convert their father's lease hold plot to freehold plot
Now my question is that, free hold rights will be issued in whose name? Their father's name or all 3 son's will get freehold land of 500 square feet, which is better, I think
Please answer my question, I am confused
Ways to get legal heir certificate
Great grandfather A died in 1986 and grandmother B died in 2008. father C died in 2016. Is there any way to get legal heir certificate for grandmother B (Saying that she is a daughter of great grandfather A )
Like legal heir certificate for B as a daughter of A now?
