Hello sir,
My father was drunkard and sold ancestral property of 53 gunthas in 2006 without consent of my mother, my 2 sisters and me..
All of us 3 were minor..And my mother was unable to approach court because of financial problems..
In fact my mother had filed case in 2003 itself to get share of us.. but couldn't continue as we were threatened by man who took property from my father..
Can I file case after so many years and reclaim my property...

If a person dies and leaves a will - is a legal heir certificate still needed to transfer his property (not ancestral) to his wife? He has stated in his will that after his death, his wife is the beneficiary and then the kids after her death. What about other assets such as a car, etc. I went to the MRO office and they said that the legal heir certificate is valid only for his pension transfer since he was a govt. employee and we should go to the civil court to transfer flats/.property.

My mother purchased 0.30 cents from her father. After registration, we came to know that there are two survey numbers 1/2 is 30 cents and 2/2 is 30 cents. 1/2 is sold by grandfather to other person, but registration not done. My mother purchased 2/2 but registration done for 1/2. Other person asked grandfather for registration. Then grandfather asked my mother to sign registration for 1/2 to other person. My mother did registration. Then my grandfather did registration for 2/2 to my mother. Here problem is my mother purchased 30 cents but registration done as gift deed Instead of sale deed. My grandfather has 6 daughters. Is there any chance for dispute by other daughters?
What is the procedure to make gift deed as sale deed? Please suggest.
Agricultural land was to be transferred as virasat case to me. Lekhpal, doing mischief labeled it disputed.. Sdm court ordered to do it.. Olavrashti crop compensation for 2014-15 was denied due to title.. Later in 2016 they gave in second phase only little as per funds. Can I claim full compensation

Ancestral property transfer to legal heirs Hindu family
Hello everyone,
Facts of the case:
House Property is in the name of my Grandfather (X) and all utilities bills (Electricity bill, house tax etc) still come in the name of my grandfather. My grandfather died in 1991 and my grandmother died in 1995. He (X) has two sons ( A & B) and two daughters (C & D) all married and have their children. One son (B) died in 2003 and one daughter (C) died recently in 2018. My father (B) has his alive wife and two sons - me and my brother (both unmarried) whereas my tauji (A) has his wife and three daughters all married and alive. One married before 2005 and rest two married after 2005. My buaji (C) has 4 sons and other buaji (D) has 3 children all alive. My Grandfather has not make any will of the property nor it has been transferred till date.
Queries:
1. Who are the legal heirs of the property in the present case?
2. How property share will be divided among the legal heirs in the present case.?
3.What will be the procedure of transfer the ancestral property to the legal heirs provided the House property is situated in UP.?
4 . If Daughter (D) decided to give up her right on the property then how her share will
Be transferred among other legal heirs?
5. What will be easiest and cost effective way to settle the matter in the present case complying all the legal formalities.
An early reply will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
