Hi Sir/Madam,
I have recently purchased a individual house in Bangalore city and registration process are done. I have purchased this property via home loan. My owner has made an unregistered agreement previously with other 'person A' as he is not able to pay the amount which owner has borrowed for 10% interest before 1 year. It looks like 'Person A' agreed for property sale and get back his amount. On that basis, my owner has sold the property to me and paid only the prinicipal amount to 'Person A'. I got the possession fifteen days back. Two days back, 'Person A' approached me and told he is going to file a case on my property as my owner has not returned the amount completely on the property. I have told him to file a case and my bank/me will deal with this case if it's approved. I know that he should not come to me instead, he has to approach my owner for this issue. Can you please help me out how to approach this case or if i have to do some procedure, please let me know.

My father is in agreement to purchase a land in 2014 on Stamp Paper attested by Notary. On agreement
1. No time limit was written for registration,
2. Amount for which land was purchased not written in numbers or in words. Only line written is "Saara den len kar liya gaya hai. koi amount pending nahi hai"
Both persons in agreement are ill and having some problem. Even seller person got brain surgery done .
Please guide can is this agreement valid and registration can be legally done

Half of our commercial property (in the industrial area of the Kanpur city) is rented out to 6 tenants, since 40 years. The other half (i.e. the adjacent piece of land) is being used by us. Rental agreements have not been renewed since 20 years. The tenants are paying (often late) minuscule rents (via cheque). The rent has also not changed since 2 decades. Previous efforts to have a fresh rental agreement has been put off the table by the tenants.
How should we proceed ahead ?
a) Can we enforce the new rental agreements somehow ? e.g. electricity connections for tenants were allowed based on the written consent of my grandfather. Can that or something else be a reason to have fresh rental agreements ?
b) We would like to sell the whole property in next 5-10 years. We know the challenges in eviction of such old tenants. What would be the advised next course of action ?

My father purchased a agriculture land but it registered with his brother name due to some reasons now he refused to returned it although we are giving half of land to him. Please suggest any law about this matter or can we go to court or not in this case
