I own a ground and first floor property at bangalore. It is a self acquired property. To build the entire property the cheque has been issued only by me from the joint account of mine, wife and mother.
Our divorce case is in the court from 2007 onwards. My wife stays at first floor and ground floor given for rent.
During 2008 , i have sold the 2/3 of the property ( Ground and one room in IInd floor ) to my mother vide proper registration and with proper stamp duty paid.
The middle floor retained in my name only, where my wife stays at present.
I am not going to sell the first floor where she leaves with my child.
My mother want to sell her 2/3rd property to some one .
It is legally possible. What kind of problem will get from my wife .
Pls advice .

Hi all,
I own a property purchased in my name under home loan from LIC. The property is in my name and I'm paying away the loan EMI on a monthly basis. Now I would like to gift the said property to my parents. Is this possible?. I'm still single. If yes how is this possible. ?
Alternatively can I transfer the property at a later date once the home loan is completed even if I'm married at a later date. Will there be a problem in executing the gift deed post marriage?
Dear Sir/Madam,
The owner of adjoining land of our home had started constructing a godown over there, the said land was lying unused for so many years, due to this construction the windows of our home will be covered by wall, restraining sunlight to come inside our home which will result a lot of darkness in our home. Is there any legal option available to us to stop him from covering our windows.
Thanks & regards
Kamal Soni
