So what documents I should aske from him?
He says he is investor so to save money on Stamp duty & registration, he has not taken flat in his name.
And when I will purchase bank will be the seller & I will be the buyer.
Kindly assist me is there any danger in buying that? what should I check for the documents?
Rent Control Acts are being amended in various states. Especially in Karnataka and Maharashtra. Anybody who is dealing with such new acts may please kindly state 1. what are the lacunas in the new Acts. 2. Are the interest of Tenants and landlords are balanced in the new Acts. 3. Are there any more provisions to be included in the new act to balance the interest of tenants and Building Owners

I belong to an undivided hindu family in India.I am intrested to clarify that: Can a father sell any part of ancestral property without the conscent of other legal heirs; Secondly, if has already sold and he is dead now what should be done; Thirdly, is there any validity of his will about the remaining ancestral property, particularly when he had already sold major share of this ancestral property; and finally is there any legal validity of mother's share in ancestral property after father's death particularly when he has also stated it in his will before death. Please suggest legal advice to overcome these dificulties also as one of us is exploiting mother's share as per the will of father. Thanks and please oblige at the earliest.

There are 2 sisters, but the father favors the elder daughter and ignores the younger one. Not a single penny is ever given to the younger daughter while her elder sister enjoys all the property. can a daughter sue her father for the property? Does her being married or not married make any difference? She stays alone away from their family. Please advise.

Grandfather of my wife's friend died intestate in 1955 prior to Hindu succession act 1956, came into force. He had 3 sons and a daughter all of whom are no more. His house, which is not so far alienated in any way, presently occupied by one of the male cousins of this lady, is planned to be sold. The only other 3rd generation male is this lady's brother. Does the lady have a legal share in the property? If yes, what is her share?

land title
For any plot of (for example) 2 cents of land ( for example: survey no.1 of village x of Taluk Y of district z of State T) anywhere in India, what are the legal documents the owner of such a land should hold in order to prove that he is the owner of such a land?
What are the registers available with which of the offices of the govt to establish the ownership of the same person over the same plot of land as querried above?
