My grand mother registered a settlement deed for myself & my brother after my fathers death with a provision that it is not revocable at any stage. But due to some family problem she is now threatening us that she is going to cancel the settlement deed. But in the deed it is clearly mentioned that it is not revocable.
The property is owned by my grand mother only and it is not inherited. I heared that the settlement deed is revocable unilaterally without the knowledge of the claiments whether it is possible or not. Please give the appropriate answer. Thank you...

It’s regarding possession / ownership over another person’s land: -
1.To prove ownership on another’s land how much continues possession are require?
2. Is it true that if any person has continuous possession of 3 years over another person land, then in that case he get possessors right over that land?
3.Or any person requires 7 years continuous possessions over the land to obtain ownership right over the land?

What is the difference between 11 month lease and one year lease in case of renting of residential premises in Delhi.
Please clarify why is the personal lease period is generally 11 months in case of lessee being an individual. Is there some legal problem in the lease period being one year or more instead of 11 months?
