ancestral property

A, B & C were brothers belonged to hindu undivided family, they had immovable ancestral properties, and they had joint business firm. In 1954 due to differences they came to a conclusion for a final settlement with regard to the immovable properties. On going through the accounts they found that the share of assets of B & C was equal to the share of liabilities in joint family business firm. So, B & C found that it is not possible for them to continue as co-sharers of immovable properties. So, they executed a release deed (themselves and on behalf of there minor male issues)in favour of A alone (the names of minor male issues not mentioned in the deed} and gave up all rights and interests in entire immovable properties for which each of them received Rs.4ooo/- as consideration from A. My question is- by paying consideration to B and C did the entire ancestral properties became self acquired properties of A?

Dispute on Agriculture land

i am asking this question on behalf of my father.. my father is 64 years old and we have dispute on agriculture land with my cousine uncle...uncle is doing farming on our 20 BIGHA land from 15 years.... we filed the civil suit in civil court and we won the case.... and we got the half land that is 10 BIGHA and cousine uncle got the Half land.... now cousine uncle went into district court against the civil court order and saying that my father has 3 BIGHA land only and not 10 BIGHA land...

my question is 1) is there any Act to stop my cousine uncle to stop farming on land.. as he is doing farming mangoes and banana on 20 BIGHA land and we are not getting out shares..

question 2 :) is there any law for senior citizen that case will go on fast track in district court as my father is 65 years old and cant not go in court frequently

Development Agreement

We are planning to develop a land situated in Palanpur Municipal Corporation limit, Gujarat. The land bears New Condition and Agriculture.
We want to convert the land into Old Condition and Non-Agriculture and execute the development agreement with the Owners.
Please advise us the sequential procedure and rate of stamp duty. Can we execute the Development Agreement first ? or after converting the land into Non Agriculture ? Thanks and Regards.
