I have been taken a building on rent for the last 12 years and still peaceful possessin over the land without any rent agreement. The landlord always refuses to sign any rent agreement. I have rent receipts for the last 12 yers, signed by the owner and his agents. Last year he increased Rs 500 in place of Rs 1500 per month and this month he orally noticed to increase again Rs 1000 from next month.
He nevers hears any of my requests, so can I pray to the Hon'ble H.C. to get stay on the rent increase as per the Supreme Courts new Rent Law to increase the rent by 10% in every 3 years or give the increased amount without any conflict?
Pls. suggest the alternatives.
Yours faithfully

Dear Sirs,
Our society building was constructed in 1990 and its plan was approved in 1988.Our society was registered in 1992 and received occupation certificate in 1993. During 2007 an application was made to amend the plan with some addition of area of ground floor office. The same has been approved by the authority. A new occupation certification was given in 2008. What is the procedure to be follow for this amendment of plan once the society is registered? Does the approval of the General Body of the society required? what is the remedy if any such approval of the Geberal Body is not taken?
Members of the society came to know about this amendment recently. Only secretary was aware of it.
Please Reply.
Thanks.

I could not find my earlier query on this site. Therefore, I am submitting my case afresh. There is a property which was purchased by my Aunt (my father's sister). The property was purchased sometimes in1950-60 appx. Before death she handed over the papers of the property to her younger sister. The papers are now either with my elder sister or elder brother. But actual possession is not clear as they are not divulging. it is also not known or is not being divulged as to in whose name the property papers are now i.e.whether the present possessors of the papers are legal owner of papers through WILL OR GIFT OR THEY ARE JUST CARRYING PAPERS WHICH ARE IN THE NAME OF ORIGINAL OWNER(s). WE are eight sisters and brothers. All are aware that the property is going to be disposed off. My elder brother's wife seems to be striving to usurp the major portion of the sale proceeds. 4 brothers and 2 sisters are staying in the said property. I am staying with my in-laws in Delhi (my brother in law i.e. my husband's younger brother-my brother expired in 2001) with my two children (adult).
There are other three relatives who are living in that property and it is been made known that they are also claiming their share in the sale proceeds. Of all the claimants, 3 are unmarried. Kindly advice as to whether I have share in the property. At this juncture I think that I may not be able to provide more information.
Kindly also tell as to what action I have to take. Also if the property is sold clandestinely, what option is open for me/other sufferer. Kindly elaborate. This may please be assinged priority as the property is being disposed of at an early date. (The cost of the property is something around 10 crores.

1.Is the sale agreement required to be sign by all the parties. For the all the Names mentioned in Agreement? 2. In case of Housing Society which is not register and having 30 members list Name in sale agreement and only five people sign the agreement? 3.On 7/12 one name found change as compare to Sale Agreement mentioned name, is it valid?
Is the above sale agreement is valid agreement? Can I file the objections and challenge the Faifar ?
Required your valuable guidance on above

Hi Expert,
I had selected a property (flat<1yr old), and our deal is finalized at a particular amount.
I booked the property on a token amount of 1 Lakh more than 4 months back. Also i paid the remaining amount(9L) more than a month back (rest i have applied for loan and have a approval letter for the same). All these payments were done via cheque and i have a signed paper(with revenue stamp) regarding these payments.
From last many days the flat owner is delaying the registration with one excuse or another.
I would like to know if there is any way i can force him legally as i am in anyway loss (interest on the amount) and that person is enjoying the rent on that flat as well as bank interest on 10 Lakhs. Alternatively, if i cancle this deal how much amount can i claim on the flat owner?
Please note i have also made some other expences related to this such as fees to broker, lawer and bank loan fees. Other expences includes creation of DD for stampduty/registration, photocopies of various documents, pre maturity fixed deposit breaking, telephon calls and petrol charges etc. Also i am suffering from extream mental preasure due to this.
Please help!
Thanks in advance.
Add adopted child to existing legal heir certificate
Sequence of events:
1. Father issued his Will (registered) for Mother & their three Daughters.
2. Father expired.
3. Legal Heir certificate was issued where Mother & their three Daughters names were listed in the same.
4. I was adopted by above widowed Mother.
Query:
Q1. Can I become a legal Heir to the above expired father. If yes, then what should I do?
Q2. If I cannot become legal heir, then how can my widowed Mother transfer properties to my name?
Q3. Do I have rights on the ancestral property of the above expired Father or widowed Mother?
