hello experts,
I have a piece of land in front of my house which is not owned by anyone. It is kesar hind and has been in our posession for a over 100 years now. I want to construct a temporary hall(made of tin) on that. However my uncle is not letting me construct it. Can he go to court and get a stay, if I go ahead with the construction?
I want to know what can I do?
I guess, as it is kesar hind it cannot be considered our ancestral property.
Thanks.

Hi Experts what are the properties which comes under the said act?
As per law if any trf of such property is done through poa which comes under the said act the such poa should be registerd with sub registrat for rest of the property we can go for pulic notary.
Moreover as we know that now trf throug poa is no more vlid but If I do such transaction trough POA by using stam paper of back date then would that help me to avail it as a valid trf.
I am trying to but a flat at badarpur border for which registry is not open for the property all the trf is done through poa over there.. I am in great tension as now I made a mind to buy a property and I have accumulated enough money and i was abt to purchase a flat and wa abut to give Bayana today.. Just before I read this. I need a proper solution. Please help me to this rid of the law using apprpiate working.

A widow and her step daughter got partitioned a house property inherited by them. Thereafter, the widow made donation of her share to a mandir trust through a registred will instrument. The donation was to take effect after her death. After her death, the mandir trust has been in possession of this property for thirty years. This property is in the name of mandir trust. However, the city survy record was not accordingly got changed by the trust body. Now, afer 35 years, the step daughter is taking objection to enter mandir's name in city survey record, and says that this property belongs to her as legal heir. Has she a right to this property now? Can she succeed in dislodging the mandir's title?

hi,
My father had a house in nagpur,he allow his elder brother and his wife to stay with then some year back as they have no home and no chlid.
The house and the plot belonged to my father, only the two rooms and a kitchen on first floor were provided to my uncle and aunty to live in.
The society has issued the ownership letter and the share ceritficates already on my name.
All the property taxes and mseb bills till date have been paid by my father and now me.
As my aunty is living alone she is right now paying the ele and water bill( from august 2010, my father expired in oct 2010).
I want to sell the propety and inspite of my assurances to live with me or live in a flatwhich belongs to me, my aunty is not ready to move out of the house.
I need to sell the house as my want to buy the house for my family of four and live peacefully without any further loan obligations.
Kindly advice how to proceed on the matter without any further litigations and with the will of all the parties.
Thanks and regards
Now, only mt Aunty who is 84 years old is living in that house on 1st floor

Hi Experts,
As we all know that now property cannot be transacted through trf of GPA,SPA&will
Would like to ask if this judgement has any retrspective effect? in other words what is the WEF date ths Judgement?
I wanted to purchase a flat in badarpur border. Would like to ask if that arear is a valid area for getting gettig it registered?
Is regstry opened for independent floors open for it?
If I do a transaction through POA (In case registry is not there for Badarpur border)from backdate that is from last month would that be a feasible option to go through this judgement?
