Sirs,
I applied for a plot in the name of my uncle.It was allotted & I made payment through DD and possession was delivered in the name of my said Uncle.After 3 years of tasking possession he met with a road accident & died.
I want the plot to be transferred in my name.Aunt knows everything including how I procured this plot & that I had payment.Now she is not co-operating.
How can I get the plot registred/transferred in my name.If Chachi cooeprates? If she doesn't?
Please guide me

WHEN PARITION OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AMONG COPARCENERS REQUIRE REGISTRATION.I SEE IT WRITTEN MANY TIMES THAT PARTITON ABOVE 100/ CAN NOT BE MADE WITHOUT REGISTRATION.AND AT MANY A PLACE I SEE PARTITON CAN BE MADE WITHOUT REGISTRATION.WHAT I CAME TO KNOW IS THAT PARTITION IF CREATING NO NEW RIGHTS CAN BE MADE WITHOUT REGISTRATION EVEN IF IT ABOVE 100/ VALUE.I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THIS NO NEW RIGHTS.KINDLY EXPLAIN ME

Hello sir,
My query is about will.
After the death of his first wife my father got married with may mother.My father has the eldest son and four daughters form his first wife.
The all are at least 20-22 yrs elder than us.
We are three daughter of my father' second wife that means my mom.Now the problem is that my father is mentally sick his mind is not working form last 2-3 years.he has done will when he was working.In that will the hesitance of his property after death is my mom.We all are now above 24yrs.My brother leave our home after his marriage.He had cut all the relation with my father and us.He has govt. job.He never give us a single penny.From last 12 years may father is very sick.We make all arange ment of his medicine.Mu brother never come and asked about his health.From last 12yrs my mother is doing garment business and we are earning money to continue our study.Now when may father is very sick and lose his mentality he come and ask for part in property.All the 4 sisters are also have no care of my father's health.Now my problem is that can my mother make a will in presence of my father?Though my father has made a will.Pls give me proper guidance.

The land is in Erragondapalem village of prakasam district.
where should i file the case i live in vijayawada city krishna district and my brother lives in guntur city guntur district and the land buyer lives in vijayawada city...so please tell me where to complaint.
We got a land of 15 acres registered to two people,me and my younger brother.
The land was saled on august 2008 without knowing me.
I got doubt and went to register office since my documents were lost,then i had know that the land was allready saled to someone.Bit i found that in the place of Signature some one has forged it and also my photograph was also changed.
My ration card xerox copy is there but edited.the copy of the ration card xerox is my pink ration card which was later changed to white ration card by the government.
but here is no clarity of the photo also in the copy of ration card and also my signature has been erased in the ration card.but my younger brothers photo is clear and in the ration card only his photo is not clear and the rest of all are same as in the original ration card.
So what shoul i need to do to acquire my land.it has been allready 3years since the registration has been done to another.
So please suggest me what are the legal followings to do by me to acquire my land.

Dear sir, pl. clarify the case according respective provision. In 1958 Mrs. K has property by inherieted. Mrs.K sold her property to Mr.S without her childrens in March 2007. Mr.S again sold that properyt ot Mr.M on June 2007. Now question is, anybody want to buy the said property, any legal issue raised by the childrens of Mrs.K.

Conveyance of property
Our residential housing society is formed six years back with 100 % occupancy, the builder is not transferring conveyance of property to the Society what remedy? Is this act of the builder is violation of law of Maharashtra Co-operative societies rule?
