House law

Respected Sir,
My family resides in a 2 storey house. Both floors are internally connected through stairs.Above floor is in the name of my father and below is in the name of my mother.Recently we filed a domestic violence case against my father(who does not live with us).Now we fear that he will sell the above floor to someone else who might force us out of the home.
We are in a dilemma. Please give us a way to secure our house.

Supreme court recent judgment on power of attorney effect on registered wills made by father to son

Please clarify impact of recent supreme court judgment - "GPA sales or `SA/GPA/WILL transfers" on Registered Wills made by father to son/daughter (blood relatives).

In short judgment reads - “Transactions of the nature of `GPA sales' or `SA/GPA/WILL transfers’" do not convey title and do not amount to transfer nor can they be recognised or valid mode of transfer of immovable property. “The courts will not treat such transactions as completed or concluded transfers or as conveyances as they neither convey title nor create any interest in an immovable property. “Such transactions cannot be relied upon or made the basis for mutations in municipal or revenue records,”.

Judgment is confusing, whether registered will made by father (testator) to son/daughter as per THE INDIAN SUCCESSION ACT, 1925 is void?. Please clarify.

Relinquishment deed validity

Dear Sir,

Share mentioned in Relinquishment deed was not correct. Instead of 1/8th share of son, it has been written wrongly as 1/6th. On that basis mother has transfered property in her name also.
Whether such relinquishment deed is valid. Do son have any right in the property now.

Thanks

Property

Sir,
In 1995 year my father sold some 2acres of land for 1lakh rupees, now that land cost is 2crores , the person who brought that lands didn't do registration on their names till today, they made a agreement with my father, last week when i went to pay tax,in that office, many persons told me that, that land is also on ur father name, till today ur family persons r paying taxes so i must claim that land also, and that agreement which they made with my father when they purchased , is of no use,as we r legal heir, me n my brother ,we both have never signed on that agreement,so if i demand money they must pay me atleast some money.
is it true
please tell me

Property information needed

Respected sir,
im 50yr female with 3kids,we having property, when i was 10yr my father expired,my father had 1younger brother, property is on my chacha name, till 5yr back my chacha had given 50% share in property without any problem.chacha too died in 2003 after that also when they sold property i got my share.Due to a small dispute ,i told to my chachi, that i will make them Run to court thinking that we have share. From 3years no talks between us.Pass book is on my chacha name,im having that original passbook with me,my brother dont know much about lands .Last month when i went to Register office they told me that PROPERTY IS ON UR CHACHA NAME(in Maps,1B,Andangal) ,IF HIS SONS WILLING TO GIVE MY SHARE THEN ONLY I CAN GET MY SHARE BUT NO COMPULSORY,as i had talked rude with them, now my chachi is going to do registration on her sons name as property is on my chacha name, when i took zerox copies,in that property is on my chacha name now on my chachi name, she can do registration on her sons name.
Here a Lawyer told me that even if i go to court , 4 or 5years it will be in court after that judgement will comes on their name,as in Records all are on their name from many years, neither my father name nor my mother name was not mentioned in records, only grand father names after that chacha now on my chachi name,
1> I WANT TO KNOW WILL I HAVE RIGHTS even after my chachi will do registration on her sons name
2>IF I GO TO COURT(if property converts to brothers name)WILL I GET RIGHTS or not.
please tell me
