Hi,
I stay in Bangalore. There is a property(residential) in my father's name that he inherited from my grandfather. He was the only son of my grandfather. My father wants to give this property to me now.
I have a sister who is asking for a share in this property now. she is married(in year 2000). Does she have a right to claim for a share in the property as the property is inherited by my father from my grandfather. We belong to the hindu community.
A hindu male, not a Govt Servant, dying intestate. only one son.
How to get his name recorded as owner after his father's death in Sub Registrar's Office?
Dear brothers,
My client has entered into an agreement for purchase of a room in a chawl under construction on an agricultural land.
Location a Village in Ambernath Dist Thane
Points
1. the purchaser is not an agriculturist.
2. The builder/Developer has only 4 documents, namley. Gram Panchayat Sanction, 7/12 extract, Development agreement between land owners and Developer a non revocable POA.
3. There is no permission of the Collector for conversion of Agril laqn into NA.
4. Defects in documents.
There are 7 names as owners in 7/12 extract, but only 4 owners have executed POA and Dev. agreement.
Other Village forms are not available with the Developers.
Kindly advise me.

Whether the children of daughters (who have died before 2000) have share in grandfathers ancestral property? If yes to what extent?
My grandfather (mother's father) died in 1990. He was survived by eight children A to H. Out of which A,E and H are daughters.
A, E and H all have expired and survived by their children. All the sons of grandfather are alive. I am son of E. In 7/12 document all A to H are listed as heirs.
The ancestral property is to be sold now. What will be my share in the property?
Will the 2005 amendment apply in this case?

I want to know What is the right of Grandson on Grandfather's (Grandfather died 20 yrs ago and he self earned the property) property if Father is alive.
1. Can grandson mortgage the property without partition?
2. As I know (I may be wrong) that Law describe grandsons as a equal share holder in family property of Grandfather along with father if the grandson is adult.
3.Is it true?
Father is alive and in possession of whole property.
Grandsons are mature adults(between 35-40).
Please clear my doubts as I am a layman .
Please help as I want to keep my share about 1/3(2 grandsons and father) with bank as mortgage for Bank Loan due to urgent financial need for business.
Father doesn't want to co-operate in this matter.
If yes then what are legal steps to be followed without a partition suit to be filed?

Hi. Is it advisable to give a No Objection Letter to a tenant for him to issue a passport on the flat that is under my name. He has been my tenant for the second time. Earlier he was my tenant some 5 years back and now again he has entered into a leave license agreement with me this year.
Kindly advise.

Property dispution
Hello Exports,
As I understood:
Any self acquired property is separate property of family member(assume mother having purely self acquired property).
One son of her earns some property with cosent of mother property(No other source) when she is alive?
what is the status of this property?
Self acquired property of son or joint property of family?
If it is a self acquired property of son,
what will be the status of son and mother property after deth of mother?
Kindly help in this.
