Partition deed

Hay, There

Alright let me get to the point

Few years a go, A father died without giving his sons and daughters

His house, But after a few years

They planed on starting a house construction

And giving everyone a portion

So they all signed a no objection letter

And some other things to transfer the house in name of, One the brothers

Now now of the sister wants to apply for a separate electricity meter

But the electricity office are asking for a sale deed or something to prove she owns the portion

Now i am not a lawyer, But i am sure the thing we need is partition deed

If so can anyone write one for me as a
Example With Blanks, On names and address,
And whatever which needs to be filled

Award to planitiff

In the partition case there are two sons and three daughters, all married with children.
Now the youngest daughter has gone to court for partition, arguing there was no partition taken place at all. Two sons and two daughters gave statements in writing to the court that partition has already done by parents (deceased now). They specifically say in their written statement that they all(two sons all three daughters) have received their share from that partition. They answer same way during their cross examination in front of the judge. However, the court declares that the third daughter (plaintiff) is now entitled to her share.

The question: Because of this judgement, can the other two sisters (who have given in written statement that their share has already be given to them)ask for a share now because of the judgement?
Thanks for your reply.

When more than one person are jointly buying a property and if their shares of contribution for the sale consideration are different i.e. to say that if they are not equal share holders in the purchased property, how to reflect the same in the sale deed. Generally there wont be any recitals in the sale deed as to the shares of each Vendee. Please explain.

Inheritence of property

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My Bachelor brother died leaving a will.

Initially when the will was made the property was to be given to 2 sons of my elder brother. After a certain period of time changes were made and the same beneficiaries were cancelled and new beneficiaries were added.

However during the changes made in the same will, which was handwritten he did not get it attested by witnesses and just made the changes and signed himself.

Now the important question is as to whether this perforated will has any value in the court of law.

If not then since he being a bachelor who will inherit the said property.

Also will the brothers and sisters who are alive will be the only beneficiary or the children of the post deceased brothers and sisters are also entitled for a share.

Kindly reply with a little detail.

Thanks and Regards,
Tarun.

Share in the flat

Hello Everyone,

My father had purchased a flat having 932 sq ft built up area and UDS of 500 sq ft.
Father(applicant) and Myself(co applicant) got a loan for 15Lakhs from LIC while purchasing the flat. The document is in my fathers name. The original document is with LIC HFL. My father passed away a month back. The legal heirs are Myself(26years), Mybrother(24 years) and my fathers second wife(55 years). She has no issues. However , the house was purchased after ny fathers second marriage . The second marriage took place 6 years back.
We have closed the loan now. To get back the original document, all 3 of us need to sign in LIC HFL. The problem is my father`s second wife is demanding a large amount of money to do that which we cannot afford. What are the possible legal claims she can do? Please note that the document is with LIC. The document is in my Father`s name.
