My inherited property( A house) is in name of me n my sister. She is a patient of cretinism (Hormonal imbalance) . She is married twice (after divorce) Now her inlaws want to annexe the property. She has given me an irrevocable power of attorney. Can I transfer her share to my name or to my wife's name so that i can guard this property from getting annexed. Also i ve been taking care of the property and putting in my money to keep it in shape.
My land measuring 2.1 acres is going to be aquired by NHAI for four laning of national highway no. 6. My land is sorrounded by warehouses & transport & industrial units. The market value of my piece of land is approx 1 crore. I am not aware as to how much amount i will receive from NHAI. Please give me expert advise so as to receive rupees 1 Cr from NHAI against the compesation of land owned by me.

My father bought a peice of land in 1980-81. He then mortgaged the same with LIC in 1984 for a housing loan which completed in 2004. Please note that the caste of the seller of this land was included in SC category on 1984-85 by the govt. of Odisha. However, now my father is dead and he couldnot get the ROR done till his death due to some delay on part of LIC to release the papers in original.
NOW AS PER THE TEHSIL OFFICE:
1. THE sale was effected in 1980-81 as per the records of 1914-15
2. The last settlement was done in 1983-84 and hence the plots would have changed. Hence as per the office, I need to find out the new plot details.
3. Since the seller caste has now been included in the SC category, getting registered a new saledeed is nearly impossible.
Now the question is how can I get the ROR done in my name, his only legal heir? Please advise the steps in detail.

It is settled that in sale of immovable property, presumption of law is that the sale is made with all rights, privileges, easements, appurtenances. However, I need a citation/judgement to convince another person, who refuses to accept this logic.

If A B C D are four brothers have a property.(valuer of property- 30,00,000)
Now, They(A C & D) wants to transfer this property to B.
They want saving stamp duty expenses.
For this purpose of stamp duty saving they wants to make a GPA( General Power Attorney) in favour of B.
And give all rights to B related to Property.
1. Is GPA a safe instrument for property rights?
2. Later, Can B transfer/sale this property to other people without permission of A C & D.
3. Is GPA legal document for this purpose?

Hi,
I have purchased a flat in Mumbai and have registered in the name of me and my Mother. I am married. I understand that after the gift deed I will have to register 50% of the remaining property in my name.
1. Is it valid if my mother writes me the gift deed now and I register the flat afetr 10 to 20 years in my name?
2. What will be the charges in mumbai for the registration?
Thanks.
Amount to be demanded from nhai against land
Thanks for replying my earlier query. Sir please e mail to me case evidences where NHAI paid highest compesation to farmers whose lands were aquired by NHAI for 4 laning of National highways. My piece of land of 2.10 acres would have fetched minimum 1 crore if i would have sold the land. Now i can not sell the land bcoz central government has published the notification of official gazzate to aquire the land. I will suffer heavy loss of amount if NHAI do not pay to me the market value.
