I have one brother and one sister (all three of us are married). My parents had purchased a property using their savings which is registered in the name of my father and mother. My parents are still alive and they are selling this property. I have the following questions in this regard:
1. can my father use the money that comes from the selling of the property according to his own will and distribute it to his children and or wife as per his wishes ? Or it has to be divided in any particular proportion ? Can he decide not to give any share at all to my sister ?
2. suppose he deposites the money in bank accounts, does it come under the purview of indian succession act ? Can my father write a "will" and decide to distribute it in any proportions that he decides appropriate among his children and wife?
3. Does my sister have any right in the proceeds of the sale ?

In Hyderabad sub urban, before purchasing a plot, what way we can identify whether the title is not of government land?
in one case EC is not showing the owner as Govt as it was gifted to weaker section person. so the deal was not proceeded.
In other words relying on EC is not a good idea, do we have any other method to find out?

hello, My father-in-law died in 1991 leaving my husband, his brother ,4 sisters and my mother-in-law .he did not leave any will.He owned two plots of land which were registered in his name. Recently ,we(me and husband) came to know that a Will has been created under my father-in-law's name a stating that my mother-in-law is the legal owner of the two plots .and then those plots were then registered as gifts from her to my brother-in-law.And now, my brother-in-law has registered a part of the plot as his gift to his wife.
kindly suggest how to proceed and get back our rightful share of the property
Denial of noc by society
Respected experts,
I need to sell my flat and the buyers have to take a home loan from bank. However due to the never ending dispute in our society the society denies us an NOC for sale. Approached the Dy. Registrar Thane, Dr. Mahesh Salunkhe Patil but was of no use.
Will the bank grant loan without NOC of society, I need to urgently sell the flat ?
Please guide.
