Documents required for membership in society in case of gift deed

Kindly guide,
My parents have transferred their flat in my name by registering a gift deed.On the society nomination form I am already a nominee.
For registering my name as a new member with the society, what are the documents, which need to be submitted along with the application.
I have already submitted an application addressing to the secretary, along with a photo copy of the indexII and the share and nomination certificate. Is this enough.

Property share

sir,

If "x" is a grandfather and died without any will leaving his ancestral property (not self acquired) but property was on name of "x"(grandfather)

His only son "y" is enjoying the property after "x" death and "y" doesn’t have any siblings to share property.

Now does “y”son (“X” grandson) who is a major get share in that ancestral property in life time of “y”?

Because “Y” is enjoying the property alone without giving share to son though he was major.

Agriculture land passbooks were updated on “Y” name after the death of “x” because he is only child.

But now weather grandson of “x” has right on property to claim because he got married and have his own family burdens?

no will was left by grandfather “x” when he was expired and still land records are running in name of grandfather, only passbooks were updated on “Y” name.

Is property law same to all states in India? And this is Hindu family.

Legal mc committee & bank loan

Sir,
I am residing in CHS Mumbai (Mhada bldg - not yet conveyance).
Our secretary had expired in May' 2012 & chairman post vacant for 4-8 years. Only treasurer was there.

In June 2014 we all members came together & form committee, I am as chairman.
But we did not inform to Dy.Registrar about newly elected MC committee (which needs to be informed withing 15 days ) & not filled any M-20 bond cause new secretary is having heart problem dont want to work. Nobody (members) ready to take any position in MC committee.

Old secretary (expired in 2014) who had taken loan from bank by mortgaging society.
out of 16 members, 10 members paid bank loan but rest 6 members did not paid cause
there was misappropriation of fund by expired secretary MC & MC committee was illegal, did not filled m20 bond & dont have breakup of amount spent which needs to be collected from remaining members.
now bank started sending notice to chairman/secretary to pay dues or else will attached bldg.
please suggest,
1.whether our new committee is legal or illegal ?
2.we want to form good legal MC committe urgently so that we can communicate with bank.
3.whether there any legal harm to new committee ?
4.as society is mortgage but bank cannot recover from indivisual members. whether there is harm to all members ?

your suggestions are valuable to us.

Mortaged agriculture land sold without clearing up the loan

Dear sir,

We are having a agriculture land in our native place. we had taken a agriculture crop loan three years back. Year ago we have sold this agriculture land with a registered sale deed without clearing up the loan, After five months we cleared up the dues of the bank as there is need arise to transfer the property to the new owner. and as it is the compliance to transfer the name in land record to clear up the dues.

When such transaction takes places and the new owner name is reflected in the land record. One of my sister had filed a civil suit claiming that such registered sale deed is void and should be cancelled.

So here i would like to know that such kind of transactions are void or not and can my registered sale deed can be cancelled on such grounds. by any law or means i did any illegal transaction. Such kind of transaction are void under any law

please guide me in such manner

Agriculture land registration document has less area than the parent document

I bought 1.83 acres of agricultural property few months back. I figured out recently that the parent document of this property has 2.0 acres. While preparing the document, instead of mentioning 2.0 acres, through some mistakes, we mentioned only 1.83 acres. The owner is now ready to sign another document if required. As per record, I didn't buy the 0.17 acres, right? But in the encumberance and other government documents, only my name appears for the purchased survey number.

Please advise what the best approach is, to fix this issue.
