I HAVE PURCHASED ONE HOUSING BOARD PLOT FROM X.THE HOUSING BOARD ALLOTTED THE PROPERTY TO X IN 1987.HE HAS GIVEN PROPERTY WIHTOUT ANY WRITING TO HIS BROTHER Y FOR WHICH HE HAS RECEIVED SOME AMOUNT.Y HAS MANAGED THE PROPERTY AND RECEIVED THE RENTAL INCOME UPTO 2006. Y HAS EXPIRED. Y NEXT GENERATION NOT AWARE THE FACTS.I HAVE MADE COMPROMISE X AND NEXT GENERATION OF Y AND I HAVE PAID ALL THE BALANCE AMOUNT TO HOSUING BOARD. THE HOSUING BOARD HAS RELEASED THE DOCUMENT IN 2011 IN X NAME. SUBEQUENTLY I HAVE TRANSFER THE PROPERTY IN MY WIFES NAME.IN BETWEEN THE TENENT IN THE PROPERTY HAS CLAIMED LEGAL REIGHTS AS SAYS HE WAS LIVING IN THE PROPERTY MORE THAN 18 YEARS AND HE HAS MANAGE THE PROPERTY AND HE NOT READY TO VACATE THE PROPERTY. I HAVE LODGE THE POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE TENENT ON 19-04-2011, THE TENENT HAS INFLUNENCE THE SUB INSPECTOR AND SIMPLY REJECT MY COMPLAINT AS CIVIL CASE.IN MEANWHILE THE TENENT HAS ACCEPTED TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY AND GIVEN HIS ACCEPTANCE IN WRINTING TO REGISTER HAS TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE 20-07-2011 IF FAILES HE HAS HAND OVER THE PROPETY ON 21-07-2011, HENCE THE SUB INSPECTOR HAS ACCEPTED MY COMPLAINT AND ASK ME ACCEPT THE COMPROMISE PROPOSAL I HAVE ALSO GIVEN MY CONCENT.AFTER THAT THE SUB INSPECTOR RECORD THE CASE AND GIVEN ME THE RECIPT FOR MY COMPLAINT HAS NOT COMPLETED THE FORMALITIES. ON COMPLEATTION OF THE PERIOD UPTO 21-07-2011, I HAVE NOT DISTRUBRE HIM. STILL DATE HE HAS NOT READY HAND OVER THE PROPERTY. HE DEGAING THE DAYS BY SAYING I WILL HAND OVER THE KEY BY THIS AND NEXT WEEK. WHAT CAN I DO? PLEASE SUGGEST

we purchase a leasehold property from the allotee who gets the shop from dda and there was a GPA and SPA on name of me and X both GPA and SPA were registered in 1984 in NOida Authority and Sale receipt and WIll were registered in Delhi sub -regisrtar court on name of my brother, X and Z. in the present position of the property the X has the possession of the property and he rented the property to someone and when we came to know about that the property has been put on rent and then we asked for the rent from X and Z and they refused to give us any money and then the dispute arises and Sir, I want to know from you that what are the legal proceedings we can do for getting our posseession in the property..

Hi,If residential property is rented wih mutual understanding(without rent agreement) and tanent leaves without any notice and without paying rent,electricity bill,water bill etc, what action could be taken against tanent to recover the dues
