Does an interview which has been broadcast live qualify as a broadcast under sec 37 of the Indian copyright act or as a literary work?

I have owned 1/2 part of agriculture land Arazi no. 2 about 0.205 Hect and Mr x owned 1/2 part of agriculture land Arazi no. 2 about 0.205 Hect at Uttar Pradesh.
Now Mr. X submit map to Development Authority to get sanction map.
My queries are:
1. can he get sanction map, even we have no division of land.
2. can i object in development authority.
Please Guide.

If Mr. A register his proprietorship firm name as trade mark for example VIVA BOOKS than, can another person use his firm’s name i.e. VIVA BOOKS in their pvt ltd. firm like VIVA BOOKS PVT. LTD.?

if there is a live broadcast and it is simultaneously recorded but later all recordings are destroyed will subsequent use of the material by anyone else be a copyright violation?
will the requirement of fixation for the purpose of copyright be fulfilled in such a case?
