QUERY: COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION - OF WEBSITE - literary work INCLUDE PRESENT AND FUTURE ALSO (AS WEBsITE WILL UPDATE WITH NEW PAGES WEEKLY)

I am applying for registeration of copy right for literary work which is variable unpublished work. My 10 pages for copy of work is ready.. In future i would add some more pages as the work changes. shall i add in or amend the same work which is registered or i need to register another copyright for that work.

My mother has got 2 acre of paddy field on her name also holding pattadar on her name . My uncle along with ancestral properties of paddy look after my mother paddy field too .
uncle pay tax for both ( ancestral property and my mother property) in is name for last 5 years . Uncle is non married aged 83 having 3 sisters and 7 nephew and 3 niece . He dont have any other income to live . Now let him continue as it is . After his death
1 will mother get her properties back in her name

2 as he have 2 other sisters and nephews will mother property divided as because tax is in his uncle name ?

When is a person in the adverse possession of the property and sir when a person is in the possession of the property claimiing himself to be the owner of the property known to the original owner of the property enough to claim adverse possession

Share of daughter in property...

Respected Sir,
There are 2 properties of my Late nanaji in Amravati Maharashtra... There are 9 legal heirs of it (5 Brothers and 4 Sisters ) Now I have come to know that my mama is transferring both these properties amongst all five brothers equally... They are insisting to send the id proofs of my mom so that they can process it further. I want to know that what steps can be taken to stop him... My mom is legally having 1/9 th share in it... I had already sent them notices but there is no influence on them... No reply is given by them and they are still processing it... I want to know that what steps can be taken to stop them to tranfer in their name... Pls reply....

My grandmother was three sons. In which two sons got married but after some time one son was dead without having no child.but the due to some circumstances married son also married with his dead brother's wife also.now the elder boy has two wife and young one also married. Now how will be the property distribution. The man who was dead not having child.please sir give a suitable solution.

Property right

i have purchase a land in dankuni in kolkata in 2010. i have get mutation of that land with 3 month also the registry is done . but when we are going to boundary the land . some one other party claim that he is purchase that land in 1990. he also get registered the land . but do not get done the mutation. what should i do please advice in this matter .

ULC Hyderabad

My father purchased a property and registered document in 1985 in hyderabad
In 2008 we came to know that its under ULC and have to pay 10lakhs to get NOC and regularize
Due to financial issue we havent done the regularization
Now again in 2016 govt issued a GO asking to regularize
I would like to if i really have to pay and regularize as i have come to know that repeal act was introduced in 2008 and property owners having posession before 2008 doesnt have to worry.
