I have joint land holdings in agricultural land with my uncle in Punjab. My uncle has taken loan of rs 20lakhs from uco bank which is written in 2009-10 jamabandi, but later died and patwari of village transferred land share to his sons and wife . I think he doesn't informed bank, because in new jamabandi 2014-15, shows my uncle name that he has loan of 20lakhs, but his son and wife holds his land share. Please tell this is legal or illegal. What action we can take and it comes under what rules. Will it affects other joint land holders. Patwari and tehsildars are corrupt.
For my grandfather 6 sons and 3 daughters. And 8 years back he passed away. Now all are ready to devide and make khata to there's name. But one person is abjucting. So now devide and left equal property for him and without his signature can others make khata to there's name.
MY MOTHER HAD A BUNGLOW PLOT ON HER OWN NAME. SHE WROTE A WILL OF EQUAL PARTITION TO ME AND MY SISTER. MY MOTHER IS NO MORE. THE HOUSE IS A SINGLE HOUSE. AFTER MOTHER'S DEATH NO ANY DOC LIKE PROBATE IS DONE. MY MOTHER APPOINTED MY SISTER'S HUSBAND AS ADMINISTRATOR TO DIVIDE THE PROPERTY.
IN THIS SITUATION HOW CAN I GET MY SHARE. IF I GIVE A COURT CASE IT WILL GO FOR MANY YEARS. OTHERWISE CAN I REGISTER MY PART OF THE HOUSE ON MY NAME . I AM HAVING THE REGISTERED ORGINAL WILL. AFTER REGISTRATION CAN I SELL MY SHARE TO ANY OTHER. HOW CAN I MAKE PARTITION. THROUGH REGISTRATION OR THROUGH GETTING PART PATTA. IF ANY SIGN FROM MY SISTER SIDE IS REQUIRED. BECAUSE SHE IS NOT WILLING TO DO PARTITION.

Actually after 4years of marriage my wife death due to Dengue fever in hospital
...now the question is that she was the nominee of her mother property...her mother (my mother in law) had expire 7year back....am I legal to claim that property or not .....
on oct. 2016 I purchased two mobile phone from ebay.com with the help of credit card the phone was delivered after a week at my res. address, after three or four day the phone has been misplaced at that time the phone is box packed and i didn't used it, I already have a phone and I supposed that some of my family member had kept it some where I search for it but can,t find that phone. After six months on (march/april)I find the same phone in the hand of my tenant when I asked him about the phone he said. it belongs to me I go to police station there they told me to do online complaint/fir after this I again go to the police station and told them the fact,the police called him. There he said that I have purchased the phone and paid 20000 for it and put a complaint against me that I misbehave his wife, after that there is a compromise between us.Can I go to court regarding this I have delivery mail,booking confirmation mail,bill of the phone with imei no and credit card statement .In the online FIR I have mentioned that his wife threat me to put an false allegation of misbehave
Hi sir, my grandfather is 90 year old and some how my uncle convinced him to sale some part of our ancestral land and he is not ready to give us any thing of it.
Now once again he is trying to convince my grandfather to sale it.
So I want to take a stay order on whole land to prevent to sale it.
One more thing, this land is still undivided/unseprated among my grandfather and his tow brother. So it's how is possible to sale joint land by one sharer of his part.
And is it possible to take a stay order only on the land which using by my grandfather without separating from his other tow brother on the paper.
Distribution of property
Muslim Parent wants to distribute properties not among sons but their wives where as the elder son is staying separately with his second wife with out leaving first wife. My query is - - Can the elder son put objection to the property distribution? Or how can the property be transferred to both daughter in laws?
