Can an application praying for inter allia dismissal of the suit be made on the ground that the becoming becoming infracttous as the Patent in question shall expire on April 2011 An earliest is requested as the matter is urgent

WE ARE 6 SISTERS AND 4 BROTHERS DUE TO ILLNESS OF MY FATHER & MOTHER ONE OF MY BROTHER TAKE THUMB IMPRESSION OF MY MOTHER AND MAKE A WIL IN HIS FAVOUR AND NOW HE DOES NOT WANT DISCLOSE THE SAME TO US WHAT HE ACTUALLY WRITTEN IN THE WIL. AT PRESENT MY MOTHER AND FATHER IS ALIVE. WHAT TO DO NOW TO CANCELL THE SAME OR TO IGNORE THE SAME. WE DON'T KNOW WHETHER THE SAME IS REGISTERED OR NOT. PLEASE HELP US.

we have a plot and we have gift deed registered in front of sub-registrar and we paid the stamp duty. before the gift deed my grand mother was the owner of the property .my uncle doesn't know about all the gift deed and my uncle made a forged unregistered-will in the court for probate and now my claims in the court that the gift deed is forged and now you are requested to give us the right way.

somehow i made a unregistered will as i have a thumb impression of my mother on the plain paper and i submitted the will in the front of court for probate. On the same day i come to know that my mother made a registered will and registered gift deed in front of the sub-registrar on the name of my two brothers .Now my brothers put injuction case in the court that they have possession of the plot .and on that day i broke the locks of the house and put my locks on the plot.now i want to know that whether my brothers can put criminal case in the court against me or not and also about the right of the plot and how i prove the will and gift deed of my brothers wrong .As we are seven brothers and sisters expect two brothers all brothers and sisters are with me.

Hi,
We own a flat in Mumbai, the flat owner ismy mother
i have a query and a problem
Problem
Though we have been paying our flat's monthly maintainance money regularly
Treasurer appointed to do this job very regularly acts funny for e.g
We get the bill of monthly maintaininace on 12th and within in 2 days of receipt we make the payment however this time the payment was not accepted and we were told you have to pay by the 5th of every month
so we sakd thewm to send us the bill by the 1st of every month however they did not respond and return the chq saying this will only be accepted in next month now
in this case we said if you are not accepting it we shoudl not be paying any fine -- for which again there was no answer
please advice what can we do legally to ensure we are not penalised on late payment and fine as there is no documentaion that can prove this that they did not accept the chq
also what answers legally can we keep ready to ensure they know we are not fools and know a bit of rules
please advice
This month the date on the bill is 10th but actually handed over to us is on 12th Oct, we handed over the chq on the 13th of Oct but the lady returned it back
also this is handed over by the building watchman its a hand delivery and they do not take a signature after they handover the bills

I am using a mark SRI RAM (label) for goods but mainly for pulses and wheat. Now a cancellation petition has been filed against me before IPAB urging that the name of a god cannot be monopolised in India. I am a prior user and my goods are identified by the mark which is a well known mark of the said goods.
Pls suggest some case laws preferably of supreme court which says that name of he god can be registered for some goods and also can be used.or some similar speaking case laws in my defence.

as my uncle submitted the fraud unregistered will in the court and in the will there is a property which is gift deeded by my grandmother to my father three years before the death of my grandmother in front of sub-registrar by paying the stamp duty and she also executed the registered will on the name of my father .in probate case my uncle made state as a party and the respected judge issued a letter to the sdm about the status of the plot and sdm refer this request to the tehsildar and tehsildar issued a letter to my uncle that he has to present in front of him original document s regarding the plot and we know that my uncle has the photostat copy of the old registry of the plot on the name of my grandmother.so i want to know that what will be the answer of the tehsildar about the plot .
