i already asked many times about the query of unregistered will of my uncle in which there is a plot which is tranfered to my father by a registerede gift deed in front of sub-registrar three years back by my grandmother before the execution of my uncle's fraud unregistered will .my uncle goes to the court for the probate of the fraud unregisytered will, and we became the defendant in the case and in the court we told the respected judge that we are the owner of the plot three years before the execution of my uncle's will so my uncle will is a great fraud.so sir please tell us that nearly how much time does the case take as we need the money.
what is the basic difference between lease deed and conyeance deed.
my brother has a gift deed registered of the plot which is given by my mother to my brother as gift deed is registered in front of the sub-registrar and also my brother paid the stamp duty and there is photograph of my mother ,brother and two witness on the back of the registry. Some how i manage a unregistered will of my mother on name of me of date after my mother made the gift deed to my brother and also i submitted in the court for probate. Now i am afraid that my brother easily prove that my will is wrong as my brother has registered will and registered gift deed and i want to know that is there any way that i prove the gift deed wrong.

Dear Shri Rajkumar ji,
Recently a cheque has been in my favour against the sale of a property of my father in which I was the co-owner But when the above property in question was purchased by my father I was unemployed and did not invest any amount for purchasing the above property.
Kindly advice specifically if I have any legal right to claim the part of the saleable amount paid by the purchaser’s bank by way of cheque amount issued in my favor from my father since firstly I was unemployed and did not invest any amount when my father purchased the above property and secondly I was only a co-owner on papers only .
Can I initiate any legal action against my father as he is refusing to give my share of saleable amount paid by the purchaser’s bank by way of cheque in my favour on the ground of my being unemployed or not investing any amount at the time when the property was purchased by my father . Will I face any Income Tax related problem even if I get the amount form my father Plz treat this matter as urgent and kindly advice . Your co-operation & help in this matter will be appreciated
PLESAE GO THROUGH THIS
Sir,
Recently a cheque has been in my favour against the sale of a property of my father in which I was the co-owner But when the above property in question was purchased by my father I was unemployed and did not invest any amount for purchasing the above property.
The A/c payee cheque so issued bears the joint Account number with my mother. It has been learnt from my bank that the cheque amount which was issued has recently being transferred by my father into the joint account of his and my mother by making use of 2-3blank cheque which was issued by me and handed over to my father in good faith for making payments of premium receipt. Please note that even before transferring the said my father did not think fit to intimate me about the same. At presently I am not maintaining a good relation with my father.
Kindly advice if I have any legal right to claim the cheque amount issued in my favor from my father since firstly I was unemployed and did not invest any amount when my father purchased the above property and secondly I was only a co-owner on papers only . Can I initiate any legal action against my father to claim the amount issued in my favour. Will I face any Income Tax related problem even if I get the amount form my father Plz treat this matter as urgent and kindly advice . Your co-operation & help in this matter will be appreciated
