Honourable Experts,
I am a chartered accountant recently i got a case to register a trademark of a company.
Please guide me the procedure to register a trademark of a textile company (offline mode).
i have done some search on net which are as follows:-
1) The goods are falling under class 25 of schedule IV of trademark rules 2002.
2) Also the name which we want to register is not similiar to any other entity in the same class.
3) we have to file form TM-1 with additional representation along with fees of 3500.

My grandfather(expired) & my grandmother (expired) had three children, my father(expired), my chacha(expired), my bua(expired). They had a home which was on my grandfather's name, he died leaving behind no will. Then my chacha expired. Then my grandmother died leaving behind a will in which she gave property rights to my father and my bua. My father me my brother and my mother used to leave in this home. My father expired and then my bua also expired. My mother me and my brother moved to other rented place and gave that home on rent. Now my bua's husband and her children are asking for there property rights. I wanted to know how much do they have the percentage share in the property & also can my chacha's family claim for there rights in the property.
My friend's father bought an industrial plot jointly with his brother's wife. Brother's wife gave the GPA to her brother-in-law who sold the the property to a third party around 30 years ago but the property was not registered in favor of that party. Third party is no more there and the title stands in favor of my friend's dad and his brother's wife. My question is to whom does the property belong legally. The legal heirs of the third party are insisting on a transfer deed to be executed by my friend's dad. But he told that he has already given a sum of money for registration of the property and it was not used for registrations. Is he eligible for any compensation for that amount? Is it safe to transfer the title in favor of the legal heirs again?
Can a business process be copyrighted or patented in india
Hi Experts,
We are an internet startup and have devised a business process (for validating user information or inputs) for our business, that we believe to be unique.
Is it possible to get business processes patented? They are not a software program or a code, but more of how we will use existing technologies and some commonsense logic to achieve our business goals.
Kindly help please.
Thank you,
Hrishikesh
