Entitlement of our immovable property

Please Guide me sir,

Dear Sir,

I have been 3 brother & at present mother is available.
My Query is if 2 brother are not give me any entitlement of our property then what option should be apply.Also mother will not support me.

Please guide me what step will apply for our stable right in our property.

Go for partition suit and claim your share.

Facts are not clear. How, when and by whom the property was acquired and whether he is alive, why brothers and mother are not interested in giving you the property? in whose name the property is at present.

Consult a local lawyer and show him the relative documents.
