Hello,
We have purchased one flat from Rushabh enterprises from mr. Jagat parekh at sep,2007, for that we took loan of rs. 15 lacks from the icici bank. builder told us he will give possesstion after two months because there was no light and water supply. But till date he is not handover our possession. Also we got information that this builder has sold same flat to other 4-5 peoples, and when we asked for possession he was not ready to give the possession even he is not giving us our money back, he has cheated other peoples also who has bought flats in the same building, this whole building is in fault. We have filed a complaint against builder under section 420 and now the case is in a court. Later He gave us a cheque of rs. 35 lacks against our flat which was got bounced and now we have filed complaint against builder under 138 negotiable instrument act. Now the case is in the court and we want to stop our home loan because since last 3 years we are paying EMI of Rs. 16,000/- to the bank and we dont have anything in our hand. What will be the procedure to stop the loan, and what will be the (major) action/s will be taken by bank against us, please suggest the solution on our problem.

Hello,
I have been married for 6 years and now my husband is filing for divorce as we realised that we dont get along. He did not want to even put any effort right from the beginning and it was only me who kept up with his absence due to long working hours, physical abuse, loneliness etc. While he remained the husband who would only visit, it was me who made the house a home. FRom the beginning, when the house was brought, i kept asking when i could become a co-owner but my husband and his mother kept saying its no use and that its a very lengthy process and will cost a lot of money. Now at this juncture, all i have left is this house to which i am very attached. My husband is the only child to his parents and they own a 1 bhk house close to my marital home. I need this shelter. Please help me in understanding how i could contest rights of owning this house. I have been requesting my husband to let the house be with me but he has disagreed. The house loan which is pending can be paid by me till the tenure ends. Please help me, i am really distressed. My husband has gone public and is maligning my image to people he knows. I have agreed to sign the divorce papers but i need this house before i go ahead with the divorce.

dear respected sir
i stay in chandrapur (m.s) and my mother stays in akola (m.s)
we both own a property in pune (m.s) and we want to sell it know, i want to give the power of attorney to my mother .
so can i file the papers here in chandrapur, or do i have to go to akol or pune to file for the same,
please help , kindly help me with the procedure.

Hi, I would like to know if one can add the name of his Son's (Minor) or wife's name in the Title of Property. If yes are the legal requirements ? These is ongoing loan on this property.

I am Lawyer / Writer.
I have written a short novel of 5 episodes which was published in MID-DAY, GUJARATI, MUMBAI @ Year-2005.
Then i sent the same to AAJKAL DAILY, KUTCHH, but they have published it with some one other's name in Year-2007 and the remunaration is also tooooo law to me.
So, i both lossed. Remunaration & Credit.
What can be done ?
What is the time limits ?
Who is the proper and reasonable Lawyer in specially for Gujarat?
What steps can be taken?

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have one room in my mother’s name in Paghadi System Chawl.
We have purchased this room in 1999 from another person with the permission of landlord.
Rent of this room is Rs. 25/- p.m. We have paid all the rent till November, 2009.
After that he is not accepting rent from us. He is demanding rent of Rs. 2500/- p.m. from us.
Till November, 2008 we were leaving in that room. After that we have shifted to another room which is on leave & license agreement for personal reason.
My father is always stock some amount of goods in that room. The goods are of cutlery in nature.
This goods are not even dangerous. This is even not affecting anyone who are leaving nearby that room.
No one has any objection who is leaving in that chawl.
The goods are also in small size. The room is also of 100sq. ft. (approx.).
He is warning us that give him rent or he will going to stop us to do any thing in that room.
We have also tried to file a complaint against him in Police Station.
But they are saying that they can not write any complaint against him.
They are saying that we go to advocate and do some legal proceedings.
But at this time we do not have enough money to appoint advocate.
We have tried to convince the land lord till level best.
So please advice me what should I do?

IF MY HUSBAND HAS ACQUIRED A LAND AND CONSTRUCTED A HOUSE WITH BANK LOAN, FOR THE BANK LOAN I(WIFE) HAVE SUBMITTED MY PAY CERTIFICATE.
NOW THE HOUSE IS COMPLETED AND WE STARTED LIVING THERE,WE DON'T HAVE KIDS,SO PLANNING TO ADOPT A CHILD,NOW MY HUSBAND SAYS THAT HE WILL GIVE ALL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO ADOPTED CHILD THAT TO WITHOUT CONSENT OF MINE. I(WIFE) HAVE OBJECTION REGARDING THIS.
KINDLY ADVISE WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO WRITE ALL HIS PROPERTY RIGHTS AS PER THE LAW IN FORCE ,IF I HAVE OBJECTION FOR THE SAME.
