Wanted to ask if a building in a cooperative society in mumbai collapses due to whatever reason, is the society responsible to resurect it again. Does society carry out all expense of building again?

we have a 35 years old which is alloted by dda on the name of my firm and my grandfather as a propriter of the firm.after ten years of allotment my grandfather made a will to transfer plot to my father and my uncle duly signed the will and made a lease deed on the name of firm and my father as a propriter . Now my uncle made a partnership with my father in 2007 ,and we came to know from our relatives that my uncle has a bad thinking for my father .so in 2009 my father dissolve the partnership with my uncle and dissolutiom deed is duly signed by my uncle .Now my uncle said that as he is partner in the firm ,he has right in the plot and also said that dissolution deed is not registered so it is worthless .so you are requested to tell us whether my uncle has any right on plot or not and also there is no money transaction pending between my uncle and my father.

A's wife has filed maintenance case. Is there any possibility to know that if any injunction order has been passed to prevent the sale of flat of A ( self acquired) to a third party?
is it possible to get such order passed without the knowledge of A ?

i have registered a trade name for our society and the same has been in use with another society for more than 50 years and they have not filed even any returns n forms with roc for the last 15 years.
my doubt is.,
1) whether they can dispute our usage ?
2) in what way they can dispute our usage
3) where will they dispute our usage ie., registering authority r any tribunal r in judicial court ?
4) what is the difference between trade mark n trade name ?
5) whether we can dispute their usage of name since we have registered the trade name n obtained the certificate ?
6) the purpose n aim of their society differs from our purpose n aim and whether still they can dispute our usage?
7) what does the ip act says in this kind of situation ?

i have a bought a flat from my brother. after 2 years of purchase, difference of opinion arised between he and his wife. 6 months back she has filed a 498-a case against him. Can she claim any right over the flat legally? can she sue him or me for the sale?

as we have a plot ,the plot is transfered from my grandmother to my father three years back by a registered gift deed.Now in court my apply a fraud unregistered will in the court that the plot is given to my uncle ,than we apply for injuction case in the court that we are the owner of the plot for three years and keep my uncle out of reach of my plot ,than on the same day of injuction case my uncle broke the locks of my plot.Than we complaint to the local police station ,the sho is non-cooperative with us.Now you are requested to tell us the status of injuction case and also if we won the injuction case than we get the kabja of the plot or we have to do another case for kabja.
as my grandmother made a registered gift deed three years back on the name of my father and house tax mutation on name of my father .Now my uncle claims that this plot is mine and file a case against us in the court and he tells that you doesn't do the mutation of the plot in the dda .When we paid the stamp duty in the front of the sub-registrar.So, you are requested to tell
us about, whether not doing mutation in the dda has any role with the ownership of the plot.
as we have dda shop ,which is originally alloted to my grand father 35 years ago(1975).The shop is alloted on the name of the firm and my grand father as a propriter(propritership name is written on the lease deed of the dda).After ten years(1985) my grand father tranfered this firm to my father and my uncle and also the lease deed has name of my father and my uncle and the old firm name .at that time ,one of my uncle is only partner in the firm ,and after ten years(1995) partnership is dissolved .Now after fifteen years (2010)of dissolution of partnership my uncle claims that my father cheats on him.We also has will of grandfather of 1985 ,which is duly signed by my fraud uncle and there is no fraud transaction aganist my fraud uncle .so tell me if my uncle has any right or not.

Can i purchage agriculure land.agricultre land is selling in Bannerghatta circle.owner selling a site by 30*40.but registration is happening in Guntas as well as survey no.in one survey there are many site.how i know where is my land.honer is kept on telling you can make a boundry accouring site no.but in paper dosent show my site no.what i will do.he is asking for huge amount for registration.
