uncle has any right or not

as we have dda shop ,which is originally alloted to my grand father 35 years ago(1975).The shop is alloted on the name of the firm and my grand father as a propriter(propritership name is written on the lease deed of the dda).After ten years(1985) my grand father tranfered this firm to my father and my uncle and also the lease deed has name of my father and my uncle and the old firm name .at that time ,one of my uncle is only partner in the firm ,and after ten years(1995) partnership is dissolved .Now after fifteen years (2010)of dissolution of partnership my uncle claims that my father cheats on him.We also has will of grandfather of 1985 ,which is duly signed by my fraud uncle and there is no fraud transaction aganist my fraud uncle .so tell me if my uncle has any right or not.

right

some how ,i arrange a unregistered will of dated six moths back of my mother.But my mother made a registered will on name of my brothers three years back and also made a gift deed registered(in front of sub-registrar) of a plot on my brothers names .Can i have any right on the plot.

Claim process

My younger brother have passed away 2 years back. A case has filed by his widow against his parents for the claims of his policies (in which his mother is nominee), is still continue. But now his widow has married again. May she still claim for the money regarding policies? If she can't what's the process to stop the case running against his parents? Please reply me.

forensic report

as my uncle provided a fake un-registered will of my grandmother in the court .We are sure that my grandmother doesn't made any will like this.But my uncle had the thumb prints of my grandmother on the plain paper six years old and the date on will is six months back.So if we go for the forensic report than it is possible to made the will fraud.we are da'mn sure about the thumb prints.

injuction case

as we have a plot , the owner of the plot is my grand mother for past 25 years.She died six monthe back. She made a registered will & registered gift deed on the name of my father three years back and my father also paid the stamp duty in the front of sub-registrar.My uncle doesn,t know about the situation of the plot and he presented a fraud un-registered will in the front of the court that is (the thumb mark of my grand mother is six years old &the will date is eight months old).We the possession of the plot for past three years .Now we apply for the injuction case ,then we take the pictures of the plot to show the possession of the plot .Next day my uncle goes there and broke our locks and put his own locks and also put security gaurds.then we complaint in the police station .The sho also seen the registry of our plot & my uncle denied to show any documents regarding the plot .now sho is not co-operating with us .So you are requested to give us the outcome of this case and give us the right direction.And also we have house tax mutation on our name.
