Thank you experts . what is the procedure regarding filing of caveat in connection with the prevention of an injunction order?

before filing a caveat you will have to send the caveat copy to the respondent by regd., post. You have to file caveat along with the postal receipt.

I agree with adv. rajeev's advice, i.e.a perfect process to protect with the prevention of an injunction matter.
