Hello All,
I have my mother's birth date in the birth certificate, different from that of passport and visa stamped (differ only by 3 days). She does not have any other docs(as she did not complete her SSLC)to prove her DOB. The affidavit was made, based on her neighbour's knowledge, who was present during her birth, which is believed to be the correct DOB. Now, we wanted to know whether we can change the date of birth in the birth certificate,as is, in the other documents (passport and visa)? How long would that process take?

I have a firm out of India. I hired a person from India. His trip duration is 3 yrs but he didn't stay there for even a month and he started pretending that he is not well his parents promised us they will refund us the cost of all expense we have done which is over INR 200000/- in installments and that we must send there son back we have booked a ticket for him which according to the terms in appointment letter he was supposed to pay for, but we were scared he might do something to himself so we did it for him as his parents didn't have any money. that guy has signed an appointment letter agreeing to all terms and conditions and it had this thing stated that if he does not complete his trip and return he has to pay for his air ticket, visa and entry pass, his return ticket and we also paid him for making his passport for which we gave him rs. 10,000. his parents in India said they can write on a Rs. 100 stamp paper also that they will return the money to us. but this guy is saying he will not refund he will tear the copy of appointment letter he has. What should we do? should we ask his parents to write on the stamp paper will it be valid --- a hand written statement on stampaper? if he tears the copy of the appointment letter he has signed can't we sue him if he doesn't refund the amount to us based on the original copy of his appointment letter which is with us? if i let them write on a stamp paper who alls signatures will I need? And will it be valid enough? Is a Rs. 100 stamp paper ok for this? I don't trust them please help!

Does Blank stamp paper expires after several
years?
Does it expires like medicine if not used for several year after purchased and no action taken to use them ?
Does it has resale value?

If a General Power of Attorney needs to be revoked, does it need to be registered in the sub-registrar office? The GPA has come thro' the US Consulate and has been signed by the sub-registrar.

a group of land owners have form a society. & started construction of Residential property. A is life member of the society. A is not having money to pay for the construction of flat. B is ready to pay the money to A if A sing MOU with B.
The terms are When ever A Will sell the Flat he has to Pay B ( agreed %)/ A has to return money with within 3 years from the date of possasion with interest @ 2.25 % p.m.
What is the waitage of MOU if Mr A after receiving possasion not able to pay money & not ready to sell the said property?
Here A is not getting bank loan since the said property is not in his name & he is only life member & also letter of allotment is not given to any member by society.
A do not want to sell the property since one more falt can be developed agais remaining FSI & if he sell the property he has to transfer his membership rights.

I request the Experts when Document writer dies how to establish the witness of document writer
we have a special Power of attorney to sell property. The Document is materially altered due to our negligence. The beneficiary has altered the quantum of land. we noticed it after 15 years. mean while the buyer who has alienated the extra property has sold the land to third party. The Document writer has not put any observations in the that some changes in the document. He is no more.
A Special power of attorney issued by my brothers and father in my favor. we have sold 2.35 ac of wet land to our uncle with an intention he can do cultivation if we sell it to him. We have ac7.35cents of agricultural property. my father got it under partition deed with his brothers. At our uncles request we have sold Ac.2.35 cents. Due to our negligence we have not mentioned schedule of property in words but mentioned in figures Ac2.35.After registration of Ac2.35 cents with SPA another document also arranged and registerd on next day by my uncle for Ac1.00 as the land holdings to sell is materially altered in figures from 2.35 to 3.35.
The witnesses for registration are same persons who has witnessed the document executed by me.On that day I am at work place.
We have noticed this when we tried to sell remaining Ac5.00 to public.Mean while my uncle sold his land holdings to some body. The same person wants to purchase our land and said he has purchased it from my uncle. The truth has come out during our discussions for negotiations. The second document for ac1.00 is forged as my signature is forged. in the circumastances what is recourse to us. The original special power of Attorney is with present land holder. It shows clear alteration of acreage to be sold. The document writer os no more and we cannot prove as we are not having photo copy of SPA with us. how to solve if criminal proceedings are initiated as executor of document(seems to execute) how far i am liable.Do we have chance
