3. By which authority student must send order to the university i.e. petitioner / applicant / appellant / student letter to university ?

Hi all
I need to get some information about forming an entity to run a small self help kind of fund. We are about 70-80 people (friends from school, college, etc). 2 years back, one of us was in an urgent need of Rs 1 lac and we all contributed some money and gave it to him. He returned it to us and instead of distributing it, we opened an account and deposited it there so that it can be used by anyone else in need.
Later, we also decided to contribute some money (say Rs 5000 per annum) to this account. Now, the corpus has gone up to around Rs 2 lacs. We now understand that, very soon, the interest will be subject to TDS and the account holder will face an issue as to declaration of the source of fund. So, we are planning to register an entity to handle this.
Now, what entity do we register? Society, Trust, Association? Or something else.
Pl note that we don't have any business. We do not even have anything to do with anyone except the members. All we are doing is accepting money, saving it and giving to the ones in need for a short tenure. We do not charge interest as well. The only transaction that can be treated as income is the interest received from bank.
I request you to please guide us on how to go about forming an entity and also not lose too much money on formalities/taxes, etc
Thanking in anticipation

I have completed icse 10th board examinations in the year 2008.
I have inquired with my school authorities regarding correction of name on the marks card, but they told me that they can only change the name on the marks card only if the application is made within one year of the candidate passing the icse examination. Since it has been more than 3 years since i have passed my icse exam they cannot do anything nor do they know the procedure of correcting the name on the marks card if the application is made after a lapse of one year.
As per the board website it states that if a year has passed since the candidate had appeared for the exam, permission from court is required to correct the name on the marks card.
PLEASE tell me the procedure of correction of name on marks card if the candidate has passed his icse examination more than a year ago as my school authorities either don't know or are unreasonably unhelpful.
I will greatly be thankful to you if i get some information or some contact of someone who can help me in this matter.

Hi All,
I am Dinesh from Pune. I have query regarding revokation of irrivocable power of attorney.
My parents gave the said POA and Development agreement to builder (4 Yrs back) (both documents are seperate and registered) in which any dates regarding the starting, completing work or giving possesion are mentioned. Builder has not turned since last 3 and 1/2 years in respect of starting work or any further correspondence. I am worried that builder is wasting time and wants us to struggle in this regards.
I would like to know whether the Irrivocable Power of atorney can be revoked and the Development aggrement can be cancelled on the ground that builder is not starting the construction since last 4 years.
Please guide me in this matter and oblige.

i filed some of the documents in civil case which were obtained under right to information act. those are police documents. while my documents were marked as exhibits, the other side lawyer raised subjection to objection. i filed all true copies only. that subject to objection pleading was recored in my cross examination. now court pronounced the judgement in my favour. sir my doubt is whether it is courts discrenationary power to call PIO, though subject to objection is there. i mean sir if court satisfies about the public document which is obtained under RTI act, will call PIO or Not.
