My brother purchased agricultural land in 1987 by registered sale deed. Mutation entry is there and his name appears in 7/12 extract. Till February 2012, that land was vacant. However, just 15 days back, somebody encroached in the land and started construction work by putting cement gurders in the land. Person encroached says that the land belongs to him. He did not put demarkation fencing around his plot. The person acquired 50% possession of the plot unauthorisedly. What is the remedy to get the possession on the basis of documents executed?

Looking for help in process of making succession letter after my parents death; for moveable and immovable assets.both hindu and died in mumbai.we are 2 sisters. no dispute between us.but need to get the succession letter made to transfer our parents assets on our names. Most lawyers we have approached uptil now have had exorbitant fees and people are trying to take us for a ride..Looking forward for some help and right guidance as this is important for us.

Hi,
My self is raaj kashyap, I have paid registration duty through e stamp paper on dated 26-03-2012, after producing all the papers in SDM court they pointed out Property description because I have purchased a 2 bed room flat in Lal Dora in New Delhi, and in property description they mentioned it FLAT but now my document writer is telling me that you have to mentioned it PRIVATE PORTION INSTEAD of FLAT otherwise stamp duty will be TRIPLICATE. Now please can any body suggest me or guide me that Property address can be changed without issuing FRESH e stamp duty.

I want to use a copy of Delhi Judgement in my case.What is the process of taking the authorised copy of judgement from the court ?
Anyone can take he copy or not ? What formalities are required to apply for judgement ?

My date of birth in birth certificate and in all education certificate differs by just 5 days. The mistake was done by my parents while admitting me to the school even after they asked to correct it school authority misguided them like it doesn’t affect much as there is just 5 days difference there will not be any problem.
But When I applied for passport they are asking me both birth certificate and 10th marks card. Because I born after 1989 So birth certificate is mandatory for issuing passport. But they do not match differ by 5 days as I said. Is it possible to correct the date in birth certificate (though birth certificate date is correct) instead of all my education certificates which is very long process what I heard from many people and read in forums.
Please Suggest me the best possible way to correct this issue. According to the law can I file a suit and ask for the change of date in birth certificate itself rather than in all of my certificates, college records etc. Is there any better way please suggest me Your reply is very much appreciated.
I searched a lot in google but I found only the issues of similar kind but no proper answer.

Hi Sir,
I am a doctor,who recently completed MBBS.I was married two years ago.Divorce case is pending in court and about to be closed as we have decided to separate.
I am to register myself in rajasthan medical council,Jaipur to get registration number.I don't want to use his name in my legal documnets.
1)Can I use my father's name?
2)If I use husband's name could I change it after divorce?

Signature of counter party.
Does the notice served by advocate on behalf of his client requires a counter party signature of his client.? How we believe that such a notice has been sent with the knowledge & consent of his client or counter party? can we ask advocate for having a counter party signature of the his client on the notices so that the counter in future does refuse any contents on entire notices?
Socondly, what is the time limit available to us to reply the notice of any advocate served to us?
