Dear Sir,
I am Ricky from Jharkhand, i am about to form an electronic product based company, whereas my company will import products from China, Korea, Japan and Malaysia and after labeling and packaging it in India, we will distribute it to our reputated dealers.

Can you please let me know the legal documentations to incorporate this type of company.

Also let me know do i need to obtain "Digital Signature" for it and where will i get "Import Export licence".

The portal i am using to register my pvt. ltd company is www.mca.gov.in

Razique hire a professional like a CS/CA/Advocate for registering the company. Once a company is incorporated you need to apply for PAN Card and open a Bank account and register under VAT/CST as pplicable after which you can apply for IEC code, without a PAN card or Bank account or a valid VAT TIN number, IEC cannot be applied. The procedure for IEC registration is simple.

can i use websites services for online registration like (mca.gov.com, mycompanyregistration.com or veracitylegal.com) they claims to complete all the processes within a month.

the registration of company hardly takes 22-25 working days, once the documents received from client, but you must require the services of a professional for the same,as the filing also requires the certification from the professional while incorporation...

Not advisable to use website for online services. There are many documents, which require DSC(Digital Signature) of professionals i.e. CA,CS.

It would be in your own interest to take services of professional. He will do needful for you. After all, you have to start overseas business.
