I purchased a flat last year and paid 75000.00 as the registration amount. Now i want to cancell this agreement. Pls let me know if I can do so and how much money will be refunded as per the gov. rules/

Dear Sir,
I am in the process of buying a 5 year old flat. While the original sale deed is available for the undivided portion of land, the seller has only xerox of Memorandum of Agreement for the flat. How should I go about this issue?
1. The seller says we can go ahead with registration and he will handover when original is found.
2. As this is second sale, the construction agreement and undivided share is anyway clubbed in my sale deed. Would it suffice the need even without the original MOA?

can any competent authority take any sort of decision by getting the advance copy of the application since the main copy(which is going through a long proper channel) is taking too much of time & the decision on the matter is urgent.

I want to get the signature on boad resolution dtd 15 / 06.2012 to be file in court on a matter related to property litigation. But this Director does not to sign the resolution stating that his form no. 32 is filed on 15.06/2012 with the roc though his appointment date is 01/06/2012. He says that it is technically wrong. The defenaant can challenge it .
I guess his logical is incorrec. please advise

Hello Sir,
I have booked a flat recently. The "Sale Agreement" was registered today. Before registration we found that the property description on the e-Stamp certificate (stamp duty) was wrong. So the builder took an other e-Stamp paper worth of ( Rs 100) with proper property details and consideration amount and all other details, and attached it to the original document. Is it going to be a valid document?
