Registration of house

sir
please kindly inform me what papers or documents should i receive from the registrar office after getting a house registered in my brothers name.i am a gp holder to my brother.
he had applied bank loan for purchasing that house and he has given me gpa to get the registration done in his name.

The sale deed along with a copy of encumberance certificate.(EC must be applied), the documents need to be submitted at the bank and an acknowledgement stating receipt of documents must be taken.

original sale deed . on registartion bank will keep original documents for its record . give you a acknowledegment of having the orignals
