Good day Sir/MAdam,
In 2009,
I took 20 lacs Home loan from ICICI bank
and paid EMI regularly for @ 8 months then prepaid 3 lacs and reduced my EMI.
after 3 moths i again prepaid 3 lacs and reduced loan amount.
as loan rate was increseing i closed loan.
At last Loan closer amount was @ 13 LAcs.
But ICICI charged 2% flat on 20 LAcs Amount,year apr 2011
without consideration of EMI of 12 months.
When i Closed the LOan RBI had not put circular to waive prepayment penalty, I don't have any issue to pay the charges, But bank charged penalty on Full 20 lacs,without deduction in penalty of Amount Equivalent to 1 year EMI.as it is old case now can i reopen the case.
please advice.

Sir my correct name is TINKER MAHAMMED MUNEER BASHA, where surname is TINKER, first name is MAHAMMED MUNEER and middle name is BASHA. And my father's name is TINKER MAHAMMED YUSUF.
So it's generally written as MAHAMMED MUNEER BASHA TINKER. But in my SSC it is as follows. TINKERMAHAMMED MONEER BASHA. There are two mistakes, the first one is there is no space between TINKER and MAHAMMED and the second one is a there is letter 'O' in the place of 'U'. And my father name in ssc is as follows TINKERMAHAMMED YUSUF, here also there is no space between TINKER and MAHAMMED.
Where as in my Intermediate and degree(B.Tech) certificates it is as follows.. TINKERMAHAMMED MUNEER BASHA, here there is ONLY ONE mistake that is there is no space between TINKER and MAHAMMED.
and my father name is as same as it is in ssc certificates.
I however was able to made residence certificate, date of birth certificate, pan card and driving license with my CORRECT name. Now I've to apply for passport, they are asking my given name and surname. So my questions are
1> Is the Space really matters?
2> What I've to do with one letter mistake in my name(MONEER in place of MUNEER)in my ssc certificate. Is one letter really a major name change?
3> Will these errors are consider as serious by passport officials? Could a simple affidavit, suffice it? or Is the mistakes a real issue?, is there a simple way to resolve this ambiguity?

somebody fabricated a back dated dead of june 1997 which is made by some froad persons by purchasing back dated stamps in june 2012 which shows that it is of 1997 .
is there any mean by which this froad could be identified i.e. through forensic diagnosis
or any other mean

Dear Sir,
My in-laws has given a forceful marriage of my wife with another someone in their religion during the substance of our marriage. I am hindu and she is muslim and we got married under special marriage act.
I have no evidence with me about her 2nd marriage. so i am unable to suit any case U/S 497, 493, 366, 365 IPC.
Is there any process to get copy of Nikha nama of her 2nd marriage under RTI act.?
if yes, let me know the procedure, that is where and how to apply, and how much time it will take.

my friend had given the property in development rights to other friend for 18/month but during this period he did not commence the work, so land lord give 6/month more to start a work even that he did not do the same, hence land lord want to terminate this contract with developer so whether it should have CANCELLATION DEED OR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT OR SURRENDERING DEEDS please clarify which document they have to create now

One of my client has her name as SUSHMA in her matriculation certificate and now at the time of her admission in post graduation course she is interested to add her surname as SINGH with her name SUSHMA .
Dear experts can any one suggest what is correct & legal process/ procedure for adding surname by which there is no problem in her future.

A WRIT PETITION IS PENDING IN THE HIGH COURT FOR QUASHING OF THE FIR IN LOWER COURT. THE COPS HAVE FILED THE CHARGESHEET. THE FRAMING OF CHARGES HAS NOT BEEN DONE PENDING WRIT PETITION. I HAVE NOT RECD ANY SUMMONS. THE MATTER IS ONE YR OLD AND THE OFFENCE IS NON COMPOUNDABLE.

Dear Sirs,
I have to file an affidavit in a department. the affidavit was prepared on 26-6-12 that is it is mentioned in the affidavit that it is being sworn and signed on 26-6-12. but it was printed on a stamp paper dated 10-7-12 and got notarized on 12-7-12. will it be valid. if not then what are the mistakes and how are they to be corrected. kindly let me know.

My Sister has joined in tricom company in mumbai, there she has submitted her original pan card and they are not going to give her original pan card till three months period, is there any harm in this,if yes then what should she do.
