I WANT TO MAKE MY BIRTH CERTIFIACTE SINCE IT IS REQUIRED IN MY COMPANY. I WAS BORN IN VILLEGE WHERE MY BIRTH WAS NOT REGISTERED.
I WAS BORN IN 1990.I HAVE ADDRESS PROOF FOR U.P. KINDLY SUGGEST ME SOLUTION SO THAT I CAN EASILY MAKE MY CERTIFICATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

Dear Sir,
I am working in mnc company( software).I have recently changed my name in jan 2012 ,i have all valid document.ie pan card, official gazette publications , local advertisement, and affidvit that i have changed my name.I have not changed my name in the present company.I am searching for jobs.when i leave this company. how should i take the releiving letter,pay slip etc from company.Please advice me.

Dear Sirs/Madams
I purchased stamp papers worth around 2.5 lakhs for purpose of conveyance deed and thereafter registration in name of third party to whom I wish to sell the flat at Gurgaon. Due to one document being missing, i could not carryout the operation and use the stamp papers. The stamp papers are lying blank and 6 months period is going to be over. I would get that missing document soon but 6 months wud be over. I still need the stamp papers for same deal and dont need any refund. Pl advise if the stamp papers wud be useable after 6 months. Sir we have sale a property to one party.
that party has paid tocken rs 51000/- the deal is fixed for 18,75,000/-
and remaining amount is decided to give after two month in part
Now Today he was going to give party payment and now he is asking that photo copy of documents of our shop.
So should i give the photo copy or not ?
What is the Rule for this sir

Property conflicts
Dear sir
i have a problem regarding the property conflicts.
my father's own sister donated a property to his remaining family members i.e., her two sisters and her brother(my father) but all the registrations did as legal procedure all the documents and main documents are held with us only i.e., in my hand but what happened suddenly one of her sister's family members came and fight with her we need some more assets so we need a solution if it is possible to cancel the registration please give me advice
