Sir we have sale a property to one party.
that party has paid tocken rs 51000/- the deal is fixed for 18,75,000/-
and remaining amount is decided to give after two month in part
Now Today he was going to give party payment and now he is asking that photo copy of documents of our shop.
So should i give the photo copy or not ?
What is the Rule for this sir

sirs,
as a general practice, all pleadings in a court matter are prepare by an advocate engaged by the party. in that case, when a written statement or affidavit signed by the advocate, up to what extent the said advocate is responsible about the content/allegations mentioned in the said written statement or affidavit.
can he said that all the allegations made in the affidavit are as per his client's instruction only and he is not aware that the said allegation are true or not?
isn't it a responsibility of an advocate to verify that whatever information given to him is true or not? if no then what is the meaning of the signature of advocate in written statement or affidavit of verification clause?

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A NEW CHEQUE BOOK FROM SBI
AS I TRANSFERED MY ACCOUNT FROM ARUNACHAL PRADESH TO VAISHALI GHAZIABAD. I HAVE SUBMITTED RENT AGREEMENT WITH NOTARY ATTESTED BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING THAT THEY WANT A REGISEERED RENT AGREEMENT.. SO HOW CAN I GET A REGISTERED RENT AGREEMENT.

Dear Experts,
I had purchased a flat jointly owned by me and my spouse in the month of September 2011.
The original share certificate of the previous owner was laminated and hence it was not possible to endorse the transfer in our names. The bank agreed to sanction loan subject to an undertaking by the society that a duplicate share certificate will be issued to us (the new owners) after we have been included as members of the society. The society had issued a letter to the bank stating that after we have been included as members of the society, they will issue a duplicate certificate on receipt of the original share certificate from the lending bank.
After we were admitted as members of the society, the bank had returned the original share certificate. The same was submitted to the society in the month of May 2012 with a covering letter signed by me asking them to issue a duplicate share certificate with the same share certificate numbers.
It has been more than 4 months and still the society has not issued me the share certificate.
Please advise me on the procedure that needs to be followed to get the duplicate share certificate where the original is not lost.

Validity of unused stamp papers
Dear Sirs/Madams
I purchased stamp papers worth around 2.5 lakhs for purpose of conveyance deed and thereafter registration in name of third party to whom I wish to sell the flat at Gurgaon. Due to one document being missing, i could not carryout the operation and use the stamp papers. The stamp papers are lying blank and 6 months period is going to be over. I would get that missing document soon but 6 months wud be over. I still need the stamp papers for same deal and dont need any refund. Pl advise if the stamp papers wud be useable after 6 months.
