Hello community,
Recently i have written a state government examination and secured 10th position in EWS category but there are only 9 seats available in that category. After doing some research i found that candidates before me availed EWS certificate by submitting false documents and wrong information. what I should do know?

Original Conveyance deed of my inherited property is lost. I have a certified true copy of the deed. I am trying to sell the property provided the buyer gets a loan from the bank.
Can the bank grant my buyer loan on the basis of my certified true copy of deed?

Great grandfather A died in 1986 and grandmother B died in 2008. father C died in 2016. I there a way to get legal heir certificate for grandmother B (Saying that she is a daughter of great grandfather A )
Like legal heir certificate for B as a daughter of A now?

sir/mam,
my friends annually income is rs 95,000 but his father who has medical issues has quoted 55,000 by mistake in income certificate for ews. with this certificate he has taken admission for his graduation through ews quota. shall he go to court and submit his degree he is really worried. he is applying for the govt jobs but now he is depressed regarding what will be the consequences and whether his career is over before it begins. what shall he do now
is this a crime because the ews limit is 8lakhs rs??

Hello sir/madam,
I pay the 12 lakhs for refundable stockist deposit for one tyre company. They made a refundable deposit agreement for 2 years and termination column they clearly mentioned if whenever we exit or they terminate within 30 days they will refund the stockist deposit amount. But in last July 2023 i send a mail for cancellation of stockist agreement they accept and reply the mail we need extra one more month for repaying deposit. I accept. But they not paid in October 2023 and now nearly 6 months gone still now Feb 4 they not pay and avoid my calls. And now they stop entire sales and all activities. The agreement made time the company is OPC pvt ltd now they changed to pvt Ltd. So experts please advise me what to do for getting my money back.
