Hello sir/mam.. As I was involved in a group which had some Argument with Gram panchayat pradhan and I with 5 other people get summon under section 107/150 (kalandar) of CRPC from SDM court. I got a job Under defence ministry as a civilian. On the first date of hearing we 6 people and complainant make a stamp paper and dispose of the case that we will never do it again. So the case is disposed off now. I didnt mentioned anything regarding this case in my attestation form. Is it alright to not mention or it will hamper my joining in the minsitry?

Was there a practice in Tamilnadu during 1957 that if the subregistrar personally knows the executant and if the document to be registered is duly signed by the executant then SR can make a note as 'personally known' on the fingerprint register and need not insist on fingerprint? I checked with a retired person and he clarified that it is true and there was a standing instruction at that time to this effect. How do I reconfirm this? Can we access the standing order?

I have been a resident of Delhi for the past 20 years and in my present location for 10 years. Will my permanent address be my hometown or Delhi for passport police verification?!
Also please give a cited definition of what is a permanent address.
