Hi Experts,
I am doing vegetable business so,I want to prepare rental agreement . My partner is landlord of that premises he also wants to make share proportionately how I put this term in the rental agreement
For ex Rs.300000 is advance I am giving 150000 to landlord he investing 150000
Monthly rent is 9000 landlord pays 4500 himself and I pays 4500 how I include this term in rental agreement

Swaraj Urban Bank acknowledge in writing of receipt full loan amount on 4/6/2007 but bank avoiding to hand over my original papers of my home which I mortgaged with bank for loan. Bank officials are insisting me for some cash amount from me to release security papers.
Kindly advice me how I can get my security papers release from bank.

A student alongwith father as co-borrower applied for Education loan. The loan was sanctioned but was not availed by them at that time. Thereafter student moved out of India for his studies. Now, they want to avail the education loan but the bank is asking for personal presence of the student at bank for execution of Loan documents including DP Note.
Please advise if there is any way out to get the loan documents including DP note executed by the student studying abroad.

Dear Sir, we have obtained birth certificate of our son when he was 3 months old and but now we would like to change his name ( he is now 11 months). I know now name on the birth certificate cannot be changed , so would like to seek other legal procedures that name we have chosen now remains as final on his passport ( yet to be made) and further for his school admission.

Hi,
I am planning to buy a plot in Bangalore. The owner is saying that he has lost the original one page(last page) of the sale deed which has the property schedule details. He has however obtained a certified copy of the page from the sub registrar office. Can this cause problem in future when I intend to sell the plot or can I go ahead with the purchase?

Hi, is it possible if a person have to cast certificate?
I want to marriage a girl who belongs to OBC but I am from Genral cast. Now her parents restricted for inter cast marriage. So is it possible if I have two cast certificate for the purpose of marriage so that i can marry her.
