As the two individual company have purchased several n.a.land in joint venture. Now they want to divid and make partion for the same. What should have to do..is petition deed is the best way. And same is possible even though the same property is not ancestral property.?

Good morning Expert panel,
I'm from Hyderabad-Telangana..
There are two names of mine in school certificates.
1. Shaik Aamer Arfath (6&7th class)
2.Shaik Amer Arafath (8th class to till now).
I've received a call letter from state PSC for job offer. They mentioned a date for certificates verification. The certificates verification are from class 4th to Graduation. So,I'm afraid that due to spelling in my certificates, I would lose the Job. Kindly help me..

I have singed registration for resale property. We are third owner of the property. In our initial talks seller hide the fact that the first agreement i.e. between builder and first seller is missing. We felt like cheated. Still we have accepted this deal as we have already paid him token amount. Now we have applied for loan in Bank. Two Banks have rejected my application of loan because of missing agreement. So I decided to apply for the loan where our seller is having loan. This bank is ready to give us loan but wants to sign Indemnity bond. This bank has already sign indemnity bond with seller when he applied for loan.
My question is that, do I have to again sign indemnity bond with bank?

it is educational trust. settlor himself and his wife are trustees. he is holding two post as vice president and treasurer.his wife is secretary of the trust. is it possible a man holding two post at a time in a trust.and one more doubt is ,minimum members are two or three for the trust. please.

My uncle faked his documents to get into army services. He has completed the services and is now retired on pension. Some person in our village know that he had faked and are blackmailing over that. I'd like to know whether it's possible for them to sue directly or indirectly my uncle. If so, what will my uncle loose.

Sir, what are the documents that I must have to start up a tution class(for class 9th,10th,11th,12th)(CBSE). Plz tell me about the permissions which I need to get and from where..? Can I start the tution without licence Or can I first start up the class and register it later..?

I gave a friend loan of Rs.200000 by cash and took a blank cheque from him..later on he pay half money but not paying remaining... I deposited cheque and it was dishonoured by insufficient fund. how to recover the money as I have not any proof except a piece of paper given by him in which it was written that he has taken loan.further cheque was given by him from joint saving account with his father. pls advise what I should do ?.... weather it is easy to prove or take long time? also I am not paying tax as my income is very low ...can it affect the case any way?
