Respected sir,
I am from Chennai and I sought the advice from this forum and applied for the legal Heir certificate as My Mom passed away. I had it applied on August 22 2015 and the officials from VAO office came for verification 3 Months prior and I still have not received the legal heir certificate. Every time either me or a neighbour of mine goes to VAO office, the office remains closed and recently they are making use of the statement that VAO has gone for flood relief campaign or he has gone for giving the free mixie, grinder camp and will not be available. I agree that a VAO has to take care of these, but then there are some routines that he has to do without fail such a way that others are not affected is what My opinion is. I have no clue on the next step or the escalation point on how to get this addressed.
Kindly provide me a suggestion on how to get this solved.

Our Labour Court at Tirunelveli(TN) is publishing the award of industrial disputes in its website and the fulltext of the award is available for print.This print copy with required court fee stamp is not accepted by the Labour Court when Claim Petition or Execution Petition is filed with the print out copy of the judgement.The Labour Court insists certified True copy or zerox copy of the certified true copy with court fee stamp affixed thereon. Kindly advise the correct position

Sir let me know the stamp paper required for executing demand promissory note in Gujarat state?
I have taken loan against my own Fixed Deposit in bank. Bank told me to affix non judicial stamp on D.P. (Demand Promissory) Note in bank's format. I oppose for the same but bank manager told that its order from their head office.
Let me give details for Gujarat State.

Lending money to a friend in security of his plot sale deed which deed would be better
Hi
Am lending Rs 3.5 lks money to my friend for security purpose am taking his original Sale deed. Actually am confused on what way shall i give him a money (I dont have lenders license)(In EC it's reflecting as AGREEMENT instead of SALE DEED)... Actually am Planning to do "MORTGAGE DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEED" so that it reflects on "EC". but when i checked regarding this some of them said that this DEED would be useless if you don't have "LENDERS LICENCE" and advised to go for SALE AGREEMENT....
Does SALE AGREEMENT reflects on "EC". Out of both which would be better......
SALE AGREEMENT as any value if my friend default to pay money.(Actually am collecting interest for that money but i don't have lenders license so am not showing in DEEDS.)...what is the highest interest rate that we can collect for borrower in Karnataka (Bangalore)....
