A registerd gpa issued in 1962 ,
Whether it is valid for property purchased in 1971. If used in 1971 is it an offence .
Pls give reply as per law with rulings and citations for both the questions.

Dear Sir,
I have registered my self on RTI portal to get the details related to my DAD LIC claim repudiation.
I need the proposal forms and Moral Hazard Report along with LIC Investigation report on the basis of which LIC has rejected the claim.
I am confused here as I do not know how to use it because I saw two thing at RTI online Portal. 1 - Submit Request, 2 - Submit First Appeal.
Sir, I want to know what option I have to go for all the details related to LIC policy 1 - Submit Request OR 2 - Submit First Appeal.
Please guide me. I would be thankful to you.

'A' & 'B'- Husband and Wife was the separate owner of a property 1 cottha each(side by side)=2 cottha total.After death of 'A',without intimating their/her major son+daughter,their mother i.e. wife of 'A' sold d entire property by a registered deed=2 cottha to 'C'(only mentioned that son+daughter gifted their portion=33%+33% of 1 cottha of 'A' in 2008).
Now 'D' want to buy d entire 2 cottha property from 'C'.
Plz guide...can 'D' buy?Whether son/daughter can claim their write to new possible owner 'D'?If so mutation will b possible?Thnx.

I found my original birth certificate issued by the Municipality of Sirsi, Karnaraka. According to this my DoB is 28/12/1988. However, DoB entered in all my records including school leaving certificate, passport including all records is 28/02/1988.Is there any legal way of rectifying the date in my records? Bcoz of records I'm loosing 10months. Kindly. Advice..

Dear Friends,
My father and his brothers passed one decree in 1979.unfortunattly that decree is not registered at Sub-Registrar's office to claim partition as per Decree.
Yesterday I visited Sub-Registrar office to pay registration fee in order to claim partition as per decree,but that officer refused to register he said 35 years are passed and he dont have rights to register that decree.Now I am blank actually I know only this process that decree registration and claiming partition in revenue office.
Please advice me how to get claimed partition before 35 years in a decree.
Is any way to register said decree of 1979 by paying late fine ?
Is any legal way to get order from court on that decree to revenue department for partition ?
Is it necessary to register each decree at sub-registrar office in any time frame ?
Please help me your words are more valuable for me.
