If some one is nri and does not come to india in future and does'nt have oci then how to submit letter of disclimer at bank in india

Dear Sir,
I availed a loan from Bank of Baroda of Rs.24000/-,pledging 3 National saving certificates.Bank charged total Rs.401 as stamp charges(Declaration cum under taking- Rs.200/-,Letter for Pledge of security-Rs.200/- and D P Note-Rs.1/-).But,when I availed another loan(home loan) of Rs.15 lakhs from the same bank's another branch,stamp charge was just Rs.400/-.Kindly reply whether the stamp charges,collected by the bank,are excess or not.

my friend has got bail by giving 2 lacs and we need to give solvency certificate in 30 days.
now 10 days are pending, we dont have property documents, hence need to know if we can give any other documents or can we give FD or bond or cash.
please advise need help.

Sir I am booked 1 BHK flat in apartment in Bhusawal city. I paid 3,25,000 Rupees as 25% for booking. Now builder hassome legal complication with land owner. Land owner force court stay on it and construction is stopped.
Now builder did not looking in condition to complete it. Also he show me 1room kitchen plan insted of 1 BHK . So I decided to cancel booking and want my booking amount.But he did give any response to me.
I have only receipts of booking flat. I paid it amount through check.
Pls suggest me, what can I do?

can i give receipts to students in consideration of fees.

I have been given the Power of attorney by mt aunt (mother's sister) to deal with her property including the sale of her flat and give the proceeds to her as she's old and not in perfect health. I went to the collector's office to register it where they informed me that this POA cannot be registered as I'm not a blood relation.
How do I solve this problem.

i have a property in joint names of my wife and me. we together nominated our only son in the society in navi mumbai.my wife expired in 2012.i want my son to be owner of 50% share of my wife. society is asking for heirship certificate. lawyers asking for 75,000 court fees. am i supposed to pay that amount when there is no case between me and my son nor there is any claim from any corner. i dont have any heirs anywhere in the world. please help me as i am confused.
