Sir
I have to prepare Supplementary agreement for my payment towards Additional EB power Load deposit. Please suggest Title for such agreement. Because Already agreement is there and proposed conditions is supplementation.
As a Lessee,can I attach EB Bills for monthly consumption on the name of Lessor? is there any disallow parts in the view of accounting transactions?....
Please suggest....

For additional EB Power load deposit, you should file a supplementary lease deed, where in the condition that lessee is paying the additional security deposit for EB and the lessor has to repay the same along with other Interest free security deposit back to Lessee at the time of Vacating the premises.
Get the supplementary deed registered at SRO by ensuring that lessor is also signing the agreement.
From accounting perspective, once the deed is registered, the deposits so held by EB can be recorded in your book of accounts as advances. If the deed is not registered, then the advance so paid by you to EB as a lessee will not be admitted by auditors and tax. Also the lessor is bound to repay you the Security deposit lying with EB in case you vacate.
