Sir,
I went to police station for verification. I haven't carried rental agreement with me. But I had my address being written on my company letterhead. This company is well known IT company in India. Will the address written on company letterhead can be considered as address proof or rental agreement is necessary?

If there is a service level agreement between a company and a partnership firm then do all partners of that firm need to sign the agreement or only authorized signatory can sign?signatures of both the parties on all pages is mandatory or only sign on last page will do?

my father has a case at 15-III-Additional District Munsif, trichy. I want to know about the details of the case, what are the document submitted, what reply is given on the trial dates, and what is the position of the case. through e courts i can see only the status of the case. which shows trial and the next hearing date. I want the copy of the full details of the case. i want to get it done online. or by post. please suggest the legal proceedure to apply for it. where to apply. if your law firm doing this type of work please reply.

Hi,
There is an SlA between my company and partnership firm. Do all the partners of this partnership firm should sign on agreement or only authorized signatory's sign will do?
Do all pages of this SLA need to be signed by both parties on all pages or only sign on last page will do?In case they sign on only last page of SLA what can be done?

Indian Air Force has made Air Force Order No. 04/2012 which tells that Airmen (Jawan) can apply for Group "A" job (GP-5400 & above) only after completion of 7 years of service.Airmen are placed in Group 'C' of grade Pay 1900 to 2800, JCOs comes under GP 'B' 4200 to 4800.It is not possible for everyone to become JCO So most of the airmen are in the rank of Sgts(Havildar) only. My question is why Jawans can not apply for Gp-B. Gp-B is also higher grade and that also gives career progression.It is a fundamental right of indian citizen to upgrade himself as per my opinion. Many writs have also made before the Hble Supreme Court/High Courts but all are in vein. The writs were for leaving the service after getting selected in Gp-B jobs.Most of the decisions are not favourable. Can you suggest me what can be now done against this AFO; I feel that this AFO is not as per the constitution. It stops our constitutional rights.

sir my d.o.b on 10th certificate is 23-06-98 and on my birth certificate it is written as 23-06-1997. I have passed 10 3 years ago so d.o.b on it can be changed. so i just wanted to know can i apply for a new birth certificate. is it illegal??

My father passed away recently. He got divorced from his first wife thro court. She got divorced without any issues. My mother is second wife. While applying for heir certificate, should v produce death certificate if she is dead? Pls advice

Hello,
I am Divy Kushwah from Nagpur. My father's official name is "Vinay Kumar Kachhwaha" whereas in all my official documents it is written as "Vinay Kushwah". My mother's name is officially "Deepti Kachhwaha".
Unfortunately my father has passed away recently. So what should i do do inherit his finances/investments/properties etc. I am the only son. What documents/certificates do i need to get prepared?
