Dear sir, L borrowed loan from CitiFinancial in 2011,repaid 12 instalments is Rs 3600.00 each, then after the threats started to me and I have proof of the SMS, sent by them CitiFinancial collection men. Later came to compromise and gave an proposal of loan closing @waiver of. Total of 50000.00. I paid too and got an letter from them as loan closed. Now Kotak Mahindra has taken over the CitiFinancial. They have sent me an notice to pay out standing of Rs 78000.00+.towards loan. If not filing of legal. I have received this from an advocate from pune. This is what happened. Please assist me.

Dear Sir,
There is an ongoing case in lower court for Permanent Injunction and Partition Suite " , now cross of one of the defendants is happening our advocate has suggested that if plantiff advocate ask that " Had you receive any legal notice from plantiff advocate " then he has suggested us to say , " NO " that you haven't received any legal notice from advocate , only Court Notice they have received .
Please suggest if we say NO and its repercussion.
Please suggest if we say YES and its repercussion .
There council has sent the notices on both the addresses .

Sir my father is doing business from 2001 and last year I applied for trademark kanha and I got but now kaanha Bakers sagar send me leagal notice that he had registered his kaanha and I should change my kanha he had start his shop from 2008 and he registered kaanha now wht should I do and also defence in my trademark is kanha and his is kaanha wht should I do?

Does CIBIL have any time period. Do they clear yor record as defaulter, after some year even if you do not settle with the bank.

My father( expired ) has written a WILL and registered in Registrar office 9 years ago and property has not divided .
Happen to hear that will has to be probate. Any need to probate will even if it is registered
procedure of probate will( if necessary even after registering in registrar office)

One of My friend have girl child who is promoted to class VI in KV island Ground. She is single girl child. There is a provision of fee waiver under single girl child norms. For this, KV requires him to submit an affidavit from a first class judicial magistrate only stating that his daughter is the only girl child in the family. He is not able to find the right person until and unless i know them personally. Request to provide any leads/reference so that he can approach him/her and get the attestation.More over lot of people are demanding Rs 6000 to Rs 8000 to obtain that certificate. I want want to know what is the actual charge will be taken by that magistrate to signed that document.
