Hello Sir,
My name is Larsen and my great grandma passed away in 1962 and her final burial rituals were conducted as per Roman Catholic law in one of the church in Mumbai. The concern is that this church doesn't have any proof of her burial and even we do not have any details of her death. my grandfather along with his two sons hv all passed away leaving behind a house which we are unable to register without a valid death certificate. We do have 3 witnesses that gave testimony about the burial n are advanced in years around 78 plus age. How can we proceed to legally obtain the death certificate..

Need your help to check what will be the legal documents consider to make my slum house as patra.....this was my dad name now he is no more than what is the process to transfer in my name of those documents

Hello experts. My name is Kapildev Behera. I have no space in my name in 10th and diploma certficate but in my degree certficate there is a space problem in Kapil Dev Behera. Is this will affect in any govt exam during interview. please help !

A lady wants to purchase a flat in her name. But she has lost her eyesight and is not able to walk even Can she buy the Flat in her own name by appointing her daughter as her Special Attorney for the purpose of signing sale deed of the Flat on her behalf.
If so, what exact procedure she should adopt to appoint her daughter as Special Power of Attorney to sign sale deed on her behalf because she her self cannot see and as well as walk.
Legal opinion in the matter will be highly appreciated..

I am going to purchase one property at Kolkata . For that the registration fees already I have paid online.In the stamp duty paper it is mentioned that it is valid for 44 days after the payment. But due to some reason seller will not be able to register the property within this said period. My query is whether the validity period can be extended? From where it can be done? I am taking loan for that. Loan is sanctioned already.

It has been a great help from you all on different legal issues.
My father has an HUF. Started in 2014 with me handling all its works till date. All income from professional work of mine and my wife were added to HUF, as I am salaried also. In 2016, I opened a trading business (with help of family and my savings) with HUF as the properietor. Have returned all invested amounts. My father being karta, has been complaining as I disturb him (not actually) for all legal works (Audit signs, bank accounts, etc), wherever Karta is mandatory and me handling all else as the authorised signatory. All work and process and dealings are done by me. Recently my father, has been pressurizing me to take over as karta of HUF. (Now 75, he finds all this burdens on him. He wants to be free and be on pilgrimages and tours to my other two brothers living in other cities and abroad.
My brothers had no problems in the issue since starting and have already consented to my father. Please note that Eldest brother has wife and two sons (major) and lives outside India (now citizen in that country). I have wife and one daughter (minor). Two younger brother in India are married with one son (minor each). One sister (youngest) was married when HUF was started (on paper) and lives with husband and two sons (minor). All incomes and business in HUF were put in by me and my wife. No property (ancestral or individual) has been put in.
Kindly suggest the paperwork to be done as I got to know, that Karta of an HUF can be changed. Please clarify grounds and legal proceedings taking into account that eldest son lives abroad and consents sign through proper channel as visiting india is not feasible for him

Sir what is d procedure of name change in haryana..do i need to hire a lawyer..m a graduate so would i hav to get it chngd in all my certificates..nd i hav toked to a lawyer in my relatives..he has advised me to drop thus plan as it z vry tedious n imposible..is it so??plz hlp..i realy want to get it chngd sir

Sale deed lost by bank
Hi,
My sale deed is lost by Bank, My father who is original owner of the house has passed away, Loan was closed way back in 2008 but Bank is unable to locate the sale deed. No Communication has been provided by Bank on this, everytime query is made standard answer we are searching.
what should I do?
