My father's name and his name in all my documents are different. I am now facing problems to apply for die and harness case & in obtaining a legal heir certificate too. Although he is my biological father all my documents have another name. Please help.

I have one daughter and one Mentally Retarded son both are major. The daughter has got marriage and she has a girl child of age 5. Due to matrimonial disputes, my daughter and my grand daughter are with me. I have some movable and immovable properties. I want that those properties to be safe till my grand daughter gets marriage, as my son in law and his family may indulge and give trouble my daughter on the said property in my absence. My daughter is now moving to court for divorce. Please suggest how a will be executed by me on my properties so that my son and daughter and my grand daughter safely enjoy the same without any hindrance from my son in law side.

I was in Delhi where from I purchased a stamp paper of Rs.100/- for rent agreement to be executed at Ahmedabad with a tenant at Ahmedabad (where I am having flat which is to be rented)
Whether there will be any problem about the jurisdiction or validity of stamped agreement executed at Ahmedabad.
Kindly guide me.

There is this certain company ABC with which an Individual is in process of formulating a contract.
During email conversation the Individual asked the ABC company to remove a certain clause and add another clause in its place.
The company, while replying through its official mail id, instead of deleting the clause, struck it down, and confirmed it with it's official stamp and his initials.
Also, company made the offer about the new clause in a seperate mail.
Is this offer enforceable after acceptance has been conveyed? The reason why I ask this is because company has insisted on keeping clause the way it is even after striking it down.

I was served query letter in my office that one of the educational document i presented as additional qualification was forge after confirmation and was asked to reply within five working day which i did via visiting the school and seeking for clarification where i was told that they have similar challenge and that is why they have to change the process of collection. the school exonerate me but i plead they should put it in writing but they refuse instead they issue me another certificate a week after I received suspension letter from my office what next should i do.

my mom and his bro bought a porampokku land from a lawyer in 1987 now my mom's bro is not alive and totally from the day it's bought my mom only paying house tax water tax everything .... now we are planning to apply patta and we need patta in my mom's name how can we do that and how to remove her brother name from that tax details. regarding that land we don't have any documents only an EC taken recently.
my mom and dad living in that land with a small house for more that 28 years .
any legal suggestion plz
