Hello,
I have bought a land in 2016 .In sale Deed boundaries are
Boundires: [N]: PLOT NO. 34 [S] 30' WIDE ROAD [E]: PLOT NO. 32 [W]: 30' WIDE ROAD .
I have taken a loan from bank for this land.So in Memorandum entry document they have updated wrong boundaries.
Boundires: [N]: PLOT NO. 34 [S] 30' WIDE ROAD [E]: 30' WIDE ROAD [W]: PLOT NO. 32
When I closed the loan even the Reconveyance Deed is updated with these wrong boundaries
My question is ,
1)Is it OK to leave it as my Sale deed is correct? Will I face any issues while I resell the land?
2)Or should I apply for corrections for both Memorandum and Reconveyance Deed
3)While I resell the land should I need to submit only sale deed or should I also need to submit Reconveyance Deed
Could any expert please clarify my questions?
As a part of partition suite my lawyer took two blank signatures in two green colour papers for some additional petition filing. Since one of my opponent affidavit was passed away to remove her name my lawyer requested this petition and signature. Is it possible to misuse this blank signature in empty green paper. While signing there is no stamp or any wordings. Do I need to take any precautions for the same?. Kindly advice me.

My one colleague given me a power of attorney (POA) in 2007 for a piece of land against an amount paid to him earlier for his urgent needs. Please answer my queries are:
1. Whether he can cancel the deed /power of attorney at any time without informing me.
2. How long the deed/power of attorney is valid though there is nowhere mentioned about any time limit. How long it is legally valid.
3. Whether the said piece of land (whereon I have been given power of attorney) I can sale to anybody.
4. Whether the said piece of land (whereon I have been given power of attorney) can be registered and then proceed for mutation in my name.
5. If I would do above all, whether my colleague can challenge my legally in the court of law.
6. Whether I totally safe legally forever.

Noc affidavit from a us citizen for transfer or property ind
Hi
There is a property in the name of my uncle who passed away recently.
They have only one son who is a US Citizen and does not want to have a share of the inherited property and is currently in India temporarily.
Hindu Law applies here and There is NO WILL
The parents of the deceased are not alive The only family members are : Deceased, Deceased's wife, their son, their daughter in law, their grand-kids who are well below 10 yrs of age (I assume the grand-kids need not to be involved here as they are minors)
The process for the transfer of Khata is :
Transfer property jointly in name of deceased's son and wife (all the legal heirs)
(or)
Transfer property in name of a single family member with an NOC affidavit from the other legal heirs (No Gift deed needed)
In this case, to transfer the property to deceased's wife name, the authorities will demand an NOC Affidavit from the other legal heir i.e, the son who is A US Citizen
Hence, can he provide an affidavit on an Indian Stamp paper sworn in front of an Indian Notary even though he is a US Citizen?
(or)
Should he get the affidavit done in US local state, get it notarized and Apostiled there and Attest it by Indian Embassy and send it to India?
Also, do the same rules apply for a general Power of Attorney (POA) as well ? (For other transfers like Electricity, Water Supply etc)
Thank You
